These folks have wowed us from the first time we used them several years to just recently having them install a brand new garage door. They not only deliver a top notch product but there installation/service (Jeff & Greg) and customer service (Taylor) are second to none. I would rate them as a 10 instead of 5 stars but that is as many this questioner would allow.

Kyle was an excellent salesman, patiently answering all of my questions and making me feel like I truly understood what I was purchasing. Jeff installed the door and did a very professional and thorough job. He took the time to teach me about proper maintenance and functions of my opener when power goes out. Nick was our technician. He was friendly and efficient. He did a great job fixing my Garage door and explained to me what he did and had me test it out. No mess was left and he was in and out super quick which made the whole experience a perfect combination! I would absolutely call this company again. I highly recommend them.

What a great company. Our garage door springs broke and Pioneer made it out the same day i called and replaced the springs. They arrived on time as they had scheduled and peformed the service at a cost that was very fair. Its great to see a small town company do great work and deliver a great service. I just bought 2 garage doors from Pioneer. The installation was great. They cleaned up nicely. Taylor was great to work with! Their prices are excellent. I needed service on one door and they came out same day. The representative was friendly and helpful. Very happy with your service and gave my friends the number for new garage doors! My appointment got held up due to some delays on previous jobs, which affected my schedule. But that happens when their job is troubleshooting or repairs. When Joe F. showed up he got right to work and crushed the project! I was very happy when my door was back to working in short order. Joe also took the time to walk through the process of lubricating and caring for the door, to ensure as long a life span for it as possible. I appreciated his time and definitely recommend his workmanship!
