My experience with Pietra Naturale was seamless. I was looking for a remnant for a vanity top and they had great inventory. Ann helped me find what I was looking for. She quoted me that afternoon, I signed off on it late that afternoon, it was templated the next day and installed within 1 week. Just exceptional service and installation went well. Can't say enough good things about this establishment.

Service sucks installation good granite not worth anything will never do business with this company again.

Either I got lucky or Piertra got better with their installation and customer service when installing IKEA countertops! Also went through IKEA cabinet people who messed up on the measurements which we had to do some returns and rebuild some cabinets. (Glad I didn't use them for the install). Anyways, Corrina and Sheley were great on the phone and getting my appointment set for both measurements and install. BJ was great with installing the countertops and instructing us how to care for them. Thanks!

Our family had a house built a little over a year ago and our sink fell through, yes I'll repeat that our sink fell through. Pietra DID NOT install the sink for our cabinet company ( Landmark cabinets great company!). But does work for them now, Bobby came out reattached and reinforced our sink. Then found the company didn't caulk our island or cabinets, he did that as well. Service above and beyond is hard to find, this company provided it!

Our granite counter tops are beautiful. Customer service severely lacking.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service!
