We received a comletely new roof incl all new plywood! The men were professional men of integrity & very pleasant to work with. Each day, they cleaned up any mess necessary. Although it understandingly took quite a while to address all issues & I wasn't very patient (sorry!) due to the severe IA storm damage, we feel Peterson's Roofing is a terrific company! I've also found Jody to be truly a man of his word as we had a small issue that he followed up on later. We recommend them highly!

Wow! I am so happy I went with this company! Some background: I first had a storm damage my roof at the end of June. I originally called another place because I had heard of them. It started good, but my insurance would cover only the front half even though they acknowledged damage to the back; the original roofer did not help me prove I needed the back done.

They stood me up a couple times and missed some significant damage to the decking. I also asked multiple times to get a written quote to compare, and never received one. So then I called Peterson. I was contacted shortly after by Mark. He was very helpful! He had a written quote sent to me the next day! He found further damage that allowed me to get the full roof covered.

He was willing to take text or calls after hours and on weekends. After a long battle with insurance, I got the claim complete. I just got the work done, but they did it quickly with minimal inconvenience to me. They cleaned up very well for a messy roofing job. I would recommend them to anyone!

We appreciate Peterson Roofing coming to evaluate--and promptly repair!--a minor leak, apparently resulting from a previous roofer's inept performance 15 years ago. He also patiently & professionally answered a number of other questions we raised.

If you are in the market to replace your roof I would HIGHLY recommend Peterson Roofing. I had 3 bids for my roof and Peterson Roofing was the 3rd bid. M came out and gave the estimate and spent quality time with me explaining what the work would be done and what modifications should be done to have a no problem long lasting roof such as adding extra vent ridge on the attached garage and flashing in a section that needed it.

This never came up in the 2 previous bids only to replace the shingles and the vent ridge on the house. In fact one bid was to add 12 vent boxes to the back side of the house. Why would you put 12 additional leak points in your roof and nothing about the attached garage. M sent me the quote latter that day as promised. There was no doubt that I had found the right roofing company so we scheduled it.

The roofing crew was great and the foreman J was awesome. He explained what they were doing and when the job would be done. J and his crew did such a great job and no problems with any clean up. No pieces of shingles or nails anywhere. This was done on a Friday and J came back early on Saturday to ensure all was done and that I was satisfied with the job.

I am very happy with the the look of the new roof and personnel attention I received! Professionalism, experience, competitive pricing. So if you are looking for a roof replacement give Peterson Roofing a call you really cant go wrong!

We have a 1200 sq foot 1960's ranch. Peterson Roofing started in the morning and finished in the afternoon. Their response time was punctual and they are very courteous. I highly recommend Peterson Roofing to my friends.

I will never regret choosing Peterson Roofing for my roof replacement job 5 or 6 years ago. I had a leak in a skylight, called them, and they came within a few days to fix under their ten year warranty. and apologized for the delay! I am completely satisfied with their professionalism and prompt service.
