Great cabinets but consistently very poor service and no follow through unless I call to ask where my product is. Nearly 3 mo ( so far)to get cabinet rolling shelves expected originally in 10 days) due to multiple mistakes by B.A. and repeatedly dropping the ball. Each time my project was put back to bottom of shelving production list. He thought how to use original rollout shelves a month after installer said they wouldn't fit cabinet only to then find they were "lost". I've been extremely frustrated with our service. Lost more than a foot of cabinet depth under island due to his poor planning. Nice cabinets but employees lacking - a lot!

AVOID PARR CABINET DESIGN CENTER IN EVERETT UNLESS YOU WANT A KITCHEN REMODEL NIGHTMARE. 1. CABINET ONTIME DELIVERY DOES NOT EXIST. We ordered 15 cabinets at the beginning of Jan 2019 and THE CONTRACT SAYS 5 WEEKS DELIVERY. 8 weeks later cabinets arrived to my house but 3 were missing. The 3 missing showed up on Feb 27th. Also 3 other cabinets had either quality issue or designed incorrectly and needed to be replaced. Parr reordered them on March 11th under what Parr said 2-3 week rash order.

However April 5 (12 weeks after the original purchase date/4 weeks after the rash order replacement order) the long waited replacement cabinets arrived, but only one! Two of the 3 replacement cabinets WERE MISSING AGAIN. Called Parr, nobody noticed the missing ones. Took hours to sort things out. They said we had to wait two more weeks. Our kitchen remodel project originally planned between Feb 25 to mid March has been HORRIBLY DELAYED BY 2 MONTHS till mid April to early May.

We had to live without a kitchen for almost 3 months. 2. DOWNHILL CUSTOMER SERVICE. During the entire project, the sales person NEVER INFORMED US ABOUT MISSING CABINETS. All cabinets arrived at their Everette warehouse firstly. Apparently they didn't check quality or quantity when they arrived. We only found out by the hard way when they showed up by my door.

Throughout the project we had to call them twice every week to follow up on cabinet arrival time. Sales person hardly ever responded my email inquiry about cabinet arrival time. BAD COMMUNICATION AND IRRESPONSIBLE. 3. CABINETS HAD MULTIPLE QUALITY ISSUES. The cabinets we ordered are Dora Supreme which was a line the sales person highly recommended.

In additional to the 3 cabinets that had quality or design issue and needed to be replaced completely. Many other parts were shipped incorrectly and also caused the entire project to be HORRIBLY DELAYED BY 2 MONTHS.

I cannot express how displeased I and my family are with the level of service we received during a kitchen remodeling project that we completed through Parr. They performed such poor workmanship and customer service that we wrote a letter to their president expressing how we felt about their performance. We did not receive a response, but have included it below in hopes that others will find a different cabinet shop for their remodel projects after you read what we dealt with.

Dear Mr. Testa, Our company used your cabinet design and install services on a home renovation project we have recently finished. Initially, we were very impressed with the level of professionalism and service we received. Unfortunately, once our cabinets were ordered our experience with your company quickly went downhill. The final order was sent over on March 27th for cabinets and countertops.

A final measure was done on March 29th. Several weeks later we were informed that during shipment one of our cabinets was dropped off the truck and a replacement would need to be ordered. We are business owners ourselves and know that things happen that are out of anyone's control so this was not a problem as long as it did not affect our timeline.

Our cabinets were installed on May 5th with a temporary one in the place of the damaged one so the counter measurements could be done, and the job was performed well. There were several doors that were damaged and adjustments that needed to be made in addition to installing the remaining trim out pieces. We were informed that this was part of the process and a cabinet doctor would be out to assess which parts needed to be replaced, repaired, and what pieces would still need to be ordered.

Since the day our cabinets were installed we have had 2 no shows from your cabinet doctor, and 5 other visits that continually left the job undone. Parts were missing, measurements were taken incorrectly, and other issues have kept our job in the final stages of completion. It has been over 11 weeks since our cabinets were installed and the job is still not finished.

A measuring error has caused the cabinet above our stove to be about 6 inches too short, and a trim piece that was ordered to close the gap above the refrigerator was never delivered or installed. We also went ahead and installed another trim piece that was left undone. In addition to the issues we have had with the completion of our job, the lack of communication and follow up from your team has left us responsible for reaching out to obtain regular status updates.

Our main point of contact was only able to make scheduling arrangements and was unaware when our parts would be arriving. We were told that the manufacturer was responsible for the lack of finishing work, but from our perspective little was done to resolve the issues we were left with. Enclosed with this letter is the final payment for our job. You will find that we have paid the full amount despite a job we feel has not only been done poorly, but also left incomplete.

At this point waiting on your team to finish the job is costing us time and money. We have been extremely disappointed in our experience with Parr and will not be using your services in the future. However, we felt that as business owners we would want to be informed if one of our customers was this dissatisfied with their experience. Please inform us of your receipt of our payment along with a zero balance invoice. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Thoennes Properties Northwest

Helped sell the house. Nice design center I am buying cabinets for another home. Evergreen is so disorganized and messy and all imported from China. Parr is selling me domestic products for about the same price as Evergreen. However last time I bought from Parr, I used builder grade Aristocraft Cabinets. There were some defects and damage. I did get some push back when I looked them over before pickup.

Last time I installed the cabinets myself. This time, I went in to get a design and quote and the rep did a nice job with the layout and gave me some good ideas. I hesitate though because they want all the money up front for an install over a month away. 50% down and the rest after install would be appropriate I think. My current quote is for full install and quartz counter. I was told I could wait on payment for the counter which helps.

The Parr Cabinet Design Center did an excellent job. I found them through Costco. Designer DainaSteven is amazing as she accommodated my schedule. With the closet installed, my space became well organized and I could fit in double of what I had before. I am very happy about the service And I'd definitely recommend.

Good people that were very helpful but unfortunately Parr no longer stocks real plywood cabinets. Really disappointed and unless you plan to special order (which comes in plywood) there is no reason to come here you can get particle board anywhere and spend a lot less.

Shopped a lot of stores before purchasing a kitchen full of new cabinets at Parr Cabinets. The manager was super-helpful, understood some of the odd sizes, made great suggestions to make things work. I was super-impressed with the whole experience!

Great customer service and a ton of products to select from - based on one's budget. The entire staff is accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. I LOVE my new kitchen cabinetry and couldn't have done it without all the help from Karen and team. They even went as far as to deliver a cabinet that had to be reordered to my house the minute it came in, as to keep the process moving on my kitchen. Thanks for all the help and advice guys - I would highly recommend!

My husband and I have had a very positive experience working with Parr Design Center. We recently completed a year long process of building a new home and ordered all our cabinets from Parr. We worked with Karen and with her interior design background she helped us design our dream kitchen. She made onsite visits and combined with our consultations at the design center, created a open layout that is an efficient, functional and beautiful space for cooking and entertaining.

We received the same attention to detail for the laundry and bathrooms. She also assisted with advice on interior and exterior paint colors, tiles, flooring and counters tops.

I had such a smooth experience with this company! I am a property manager and am renovating 2 of my units that desperately needed cabinets. The owner of the building did extensive research as well as cost comparison and this company won out. They products are great quality with competitive pricing. Overall outstanding experience. The salesman (Joshua) was extremely helpful and had great knowledge about cabinets, different types of wood, pros and cons of each option, colors, durability, as well as excellent customer service.

Everyone in the warehouse (managers and employees that were not working on my file )were EXTREMELY transparent which is just about all you can ask on big ticket items such as cabinets. He recommended an excellent general contractor to install the cabinets and Joshua was available for any questions I had and always returned my calls quickly throughout the process.

There is a very high level of genuine care, professionalism, and efficiency with this company. Always on time, even early, for our onsite appointments for measuring and did the job quickly and well as not to disrupt tenants. Also recommended different size /shape cabinets and shelving than what our original idea and made GREAT use of the space. Townhouses need all the cabinet space they can get! I will definitely be going back to this company for the other 14 units for this property and my other 50 doors when the time comes! Don't go anywhere else!

I got a quote for new granite counter tops from the manager of the Everett location. After verifying the price several times, driving 2 hours to the yard to pick out the slabs and finalizing the job they come back and say the new price is over 50% higher than the Quote. Mind you nothing changed on the quote. When we questioned them they stated that they misquoted us.

This was after 3 emails which we still have stating the the price was correct. During this time one of my friends had a complete kitchen ordered, it was not measured correctly, they were mislead on times and fitment, some cabinets were delivered damaged or very bad build quality and others still on back order, which the order is still not complete and this was over 2 months ago for cabinets originally stated in stock or 1 week lead time.

The location management and regional management just say sorry and go somewhere else. This seems to be a very common response. Now that they have your money they don't want to deal with you. I guess I am fortunate that they are not doing my house from what I see they have done to my friends. BUYERS BEWARE!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PARR CABINETS FOR ANY REASON OR PRICE!

This place tried to scam me and totally wasted my time. I got a quote from them and i was happy so i wanted to move forward. After a month the quote started to change and become more and more money. A job went from $4000 to $7000 and after almost two months finally i told them to forget about it. Buyer beware!

I mistakenly choose Parr to buy a set of cabinets for a wet bar back in December of 2014 from these guys. Horrible experience, delays and unaccountability all the way around. Things didn't get ordered when they said they were, the manager quit, the new guy was a jerk who took over for him. To make it right they gave me a door cover for my appliance (kegerator) that did not match the other cabinet doors, this is just how they do it. Gee thanks.

The project was still not done by April -it was a small job that took that took 4 months - it was a simple wet bar?.I could go into greater deal, but I have wasted enough time on them. They seems great until you cut a check, then the excuses and lies roll in rather than your correct cabinet order. I would take a woodworking class, buy tools, buy lumber, rent a shop and build my own cabinets before ever dealing with these guys again, that would have been far less work. Trust me here, any review who says they are good is not a customer, but just a pal helping them out- I just love the San Diego review?

Very helpful with design, color and finish options. Not a huge walk around showroom, but enough to look at to get a good idea about what is going on. Very helpful staff.

In the spring of 2013, we had an extremely frustrating experience ordering $20,000.00 worth of custom (Huntwood brand) kitchen cabinetry, Corian counter tops, and a Corian sink from the Parr store on Airport Rd. I ordered and paid for everything on 04/30/2013 and by 09/03/2013, I gave up dealing with Parr & Huntwood and hired my own cabinet maker/contractor to remedy their mess. Derek, the salesperson, was a very nice young man but we got the feeling that he was a true professional trying to do his best in a difficult situation working with little internal support, unprofessional co-workers and a difficult manufacturer (Huntwood, made in Liberty Lake, WA).

When I was required to pay 100% of the cost upfront before my order was placed, I should have turned around and left because if something goes wrong, the buyer really has little to no recourse. Also, the type of cabinet we ordered was not available on the showroom floor for us to look at in advance of ordering.another bad sign. The very large cabinet housing my double-wall ovens had to be built THREE times before Parr and Huntwood got it right. Also, they would not "rush" the 2nd and 3rd cabinets so my re-order was placed at the end of the line each time even though it was not my fault for their shoddy and/or incorrect work. Huntwood sent a rep to my home and I was unimpressed with his follow-up and his handling of the situation.

Next time I place a custom order costing this much, I'll speak directly to the craftsman rather than ordering via a 3rd party and I'll also hire a certified kitchen planner rather than relying on the salesperson to design my placement & layout. I do not recommend Parr or Huntwood Cabinetry but I LOVE my Corian sink & countertops (but not how Parr's subcontractor installed them!).

Buyers beware. This is zero stars! Their business is centered on mass production and in such they are incapable to provide customer service in the retail space. They do not have the capability to resolve order problems in any way. Serious process issues between the show room and the factory. Overall, we had bad products that took several months of repeat attempts to resolve, and really never did satisfy us.

We just gave up because of their complete lack of abililty. They offered excuse after excuse such as "we are a production facility and really can't deal with one off issues". They should get out of the retail space and just deal with the builders.

Parr Cabinet Outlet in Seattle is #1 in my book. We worked with Jason and received SUPERIOR customer service for our kitchen and bath cabinets as well as countertops. Jason communicated with us throughout the process and went out of his way to get cabinets we realized we needed at the last minute. When it came to measuring and fabricating the countertops we realized we couldn't cut the stone on site but the team at Parr said "no problem" came to the house to measure, went back to the shop to fabricate, then came back at 5pm to install.

The Installers were top notch as well! I can't say enough about Parr and the excellent customer service. Not to mention that the cabinets look great and the marble counters are incredible. You can't beat Parr's prices and customer service anywhere - believe me.

I dealt with the South Everett store for 4 months trying to get the order right. In my opinion once they get your money they really don't care. They brag about their "American made cabinets" Hah- don't let this line fool you. There were too many issues to list but I got a way better price on chinese built plywood cabinets at a place in Sodo that were probably just as good as these.

After four months I fiinally got things squared away after getting in touch with a big wig at the corperate office in Oregon. I must say he was very nice, apologetic and had a check to me in 3 days for my out of pocket expenses I had to pay my contractor to just make the pantry cabinet drawers functional. They still look funky with a stack of washers they had to put in between the slides and the cabinet to make them operable but at least the drawers open and close now.

This whole experience was unbelievable. I am 64 years old. Dealing with the the South Everettt store is by far the worst example of customer service I have ever encountered. Not at all what I expect when I pay someone over $7000.00 of my hard earned money.

Cabinets in stock are very well built for the $$ Special order does take awhile and they do seem to care, unlike the other reviews.

I am so unhappy with Parr I won't ever recommend them to anyone. We are STILL waiting for our sink base to come in, which they screwed up in the first place when we originally places our order and somehow missed it. (The original order by the way was delayed 5 days by a "broken down truck".) Then they told us they would put a rush on it and it would be here in a week. Wrong, a week came and went and they said somehow it got screwed up and the rush order wasn't put through but that we would get it in another 8 days. Wrong, I called again and now they are pushing it out yet another 10 days!

I talked to a supervisor and told them this is absolutely unacceptable and very poor service. They made a mistake and didn't order the sink base (how do you miss that?) they should have immediately taken care of it and they have given me nothing but excuses! The supervisor then said he can't do anything about it to get it to us faster, which I think is ridiculous.

When you make an error in ordering something that customer should be put at the top of the stack, its ONE cabinet not a whole kitchen and the ONE cabinet is holding everything up since it is a sink base. If it was a wall cabinet I wouldn't even worry about it.but the sink is a huge deal and their neglect to understand the importance of this is beyond me!

I am now waiting for his supervisor. Its unbelievable how bad their service is. So, we have no sink, and no dishwasher or garbage disposal as a result of their errors, and no countertops, which have now been rescheduled 6 times! Our kitchen is unusable, we are living in chaos and washing dishes on the deck as we can't do it in the bathroom since we have no garbage disposal in the bathroom.

Its freezing out as it is late November. So at this point we may still not have a kitchen at Christmas, we already went through Thanksgiving without it. I am so unhappy I want to cry when I walk into my kitchen. I fully regret our decision to purchase anything through Parr, they are a lousy company.

We have had nothing but problems with our order through Parr Cabinet Outlet. For an order placed May 6th, to still be open, still sending replacement pieces and parts that are still not correct on August 6th, is incomprehensible. I understand that people make mistakes. However the lack of communication, and the consistent mistake upon mistake upon mistake has made this an experience that I hope no one ever has to experience.

To date, the mistakes include the following: -cabinet order not placed with manufacturer after we submitted it - sat on a desk for 8 days. - 2 doors cracked upon arrival - 1 cabinet came with no base - replacements for the 2 cracked doors arrived, but the finish had raised water drop like spots on them. Had to send them back. - crown moulding ordered for top was insufficient - did not include waste created when making mitered cuts - replacement stick of crown moulding was wrong color.

When we called, it had been placed as a replacement order for a different job - no finshed edges on sides of two cabinets. - replacement panels that arrived for those two cabinets were not cut to the shape of the cabinets they were intended to be installed on - no toe kick. But the worst part is that they will take some action to right one of the wrongs, and we have to call Parr to find that out. Materials are delivered to Parr for our job, and we have to call them to find that out as well.

Communication is HORRIBLE with with company. This is the classic example of a construction company that is all service and smiles until they get your money. Once that happens, they couldn't care less about you. Do yourself a favor, and avoid Parr Cabinet Outlet.
