Services
For an accurate bid amount Paneless will ask you to count your window panes. If you are requesting screen cleaning we will need to know how many screens you would like wet washed. If your screens are just dusty a dry brushing is included free with the window cleaning price. Please count your "regular" sized panes separately from French or Skylight panes, or anything that is over-sized.

Window cleaning service was performed on 05/20/2015, after the crew left I had time to inspect the work that was done. While the windows were very clean, most of the screens hadn't been touched and had plenty of visible dirt on the screening as well as the frames. I've left three voice mails for them over the last week but none of my calls have been returned. Update: On my last voice mail I let them know that if I didn't hear from them within the next 36 hours I would contact the Better Business Bureau.
True to my word, I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. Two business days later I received a call from one of the work crew asking if they could come back and finish the job. A couple of days later a member of the crew came and finished the job, cleaning the screens that were missed, 14 out of 16. I am happy with the outcome, but can say that I will not be hiring Paneless again. it certainly was not painless.
