Shopping for a trailer. Asked about availability of a trailer and was told "good luck" and hung up on! Understand the trailer market is beat up at the moment but a little customer service would be great. Skip these doofuses.

Everyone from the owner through the sales staff and the mechanics are great people. I love my trailer and they made the purchase a fun and exciting experience. I would suggest that a smaller size trailer jack be offered as the manufacturer's jack was too long and I had it replaced with a shorter one. Other than that minor issue, my horse and I are very happy with the trailer.

We recently purchased a Homesteader trailer form Blue Ridge Trailers and we were very happy with the service that we received. Alison was very knowledgeable and patient with us, she knew what she was talking about. We got there around 10:30 and were back on the road home around 12:30, better then when buying a new car. I would go there again if I ever need another trailer.
