Their website says on Saturday open till 4 o'clock here it is 340 and they're closed. I just drove 30 minutes to get here, now I'm driving 30 minutes home all for nothing.

I was looking to purchase multiple locksets including a deadbolt that all used the same key. Tried multiple places in Albany, NY including local hardware and big box stores and no one was able to help. Kudos to Mike R for fixing me up. He was very quick and professional like so many at rk MILES.

RK Miles you guys suck! Who closes on a Saturday? You whine about the economy but yet you don't open for biz! 930 parking lot full of customers and locked friggin doors! Good Job!

Good customer service. Given the size of the town they have a good selection including a full lumber section. The parking could be improved given the size of the store. When you pull in there are a few spots in front on an angle but there is a lot of dead space in back.

I picked up lumber (1x12, 2x4, quarter round) nails and screws. Every employee I saw said good morning and asked if I needed help. I asked about a table saw on display and Mike spent at least 15 minutes completely and knowledgeably answering all my questions. I highly recommend going here for lumber and hardware. I will be back.

Small town everything related to building/hardware store. Extremely helpful staff and a lil bit of everything. Saw contractors and locals in here getting what they needed. Camp fuel sold by the gallon and certainly worth a stop for any logistical needs.
