With two locations in northern Cincinnati, we specialize in tool and equipment rental for contractors and homeowners, in addition to our amazing party rental inventory! We have a special team dedicated to party rental equipment and tent rental, and can provide you with a variety of entertainment items including concession machines, carnival games, bounce houses and other inflatables. With two locations in Cincinnati (West Chester, Mason and Liberty, Fairfield Twp, Hamilton), we specialize in tool and equipment rentals for both homeowners and contractors.

Our party rental division opened in 2003. We continue to add to our party rental equipment inventory and as word spreads about our level of service, we continue to add many new customers. We specialize in graduation parties, small weddings, corporate events and outdoor parties. We treat every party like it is our own!
Party rental rates are based on a single day event and generally allow for pick up one day prior to the event and return the day following the event. All equipment with hour meters have rental rates that includes 10 hours of running time in a 24 hour period. Any meter time over 10 hours will be prorated accordingly.
We recently hosted our son's graduation party and thanks to One Stop the party a success! They provided everything necessary from the large tent, tables and seating to ensure that our guests were comfortable. The crew from One Stop was extremely professional and knowledgable offering us suggestions on set-up.

From renting tables, chairs and tents, to renting a chain saw, we have always had a good experience at One Stop Rental. We have also rented U-Haul trucks here. For the chainsaw, they provide you with everything you need: Stihl chainsaw, chain oil, 2 cycle gas can with funnel attached and the tool to tighten the chain.

Fast service, they helped load equipment in my car and the rental rate was very good. I highly recommend. ** edit Just got home at 7:15 after my first review and was informed by my other half that the drain snake I rented will not work at all. I've tried every plug in my downstairs and in the basement and it still wont work. Ive tried the tester buttons and got nothing. I hope they will refund my money because its never been on once and refuses to work in any fashion. Its like its completely dead so im going to be seeking a refund asap.

Everything I've rented that could be sharpened, has never been sharpened. Rented a wood chipper with 800 hours, and the blades hadn't even been reversed to use the second cutting edge, much less sharpened. A chipper with a 1/2" radius on the blade is not a usable tool. Plugs up, and turns brush into strings of wood. Rented a big stump grinder, and the carbide buttons we're worn out, cutting edges rounded over.
The kid loading it said "we just run those cutters till they break". Save yourself the hassle, and rent sharp tools that are maintained. There's nothing more frustrating than fighting a full machine all day.

Outstanding Customer Service. I use One Stop for all my rental, but this time I needed help get mt Styhl trimmer blades working. I took it to One Stop hoping they could help. The Manager listened to my problem and had one of his technician take a look. I was happy because he could have said anything, but he helped, not normal these days. Well he fixed it and I was able to complete the job before my vacation. Thank You One Stop, it truly was ONE STOP.
