I have used On Time Supply more than once to help me track down some hard to find pieces of power equipment. With the supply issues these days it's not easy getting quality power tools. Instead of just giving me the "No can do." that other places have done, the staff at OTS has worked to get me what I need. Not only that.no price bump that some may retailers are doing because of the shortages! Good prices and excellent customer service. Give them a call!

I own a construction company and had important questions regarding tools & Supplies, i spoke to tool technician John R. He was very knowledgeable of the products, overall smart and didn't give any BS or run around answers. Nice clean place. They were able to fix our equipment in a timely manner. Was a bit turned off by the owner. First of all, someone attempted to help us behind the counter. Owner stepped in and shoo'd him away stating that he could help us. Unfortunately, the owner had no idea how to put our info into the system and if a bad thing couldn't get worse, he then took a personal call and had us wait and wait and wait while we heard all his personal stuff. He also had a bad potty mouth and had no problem throwing f-bombs in front of strangers who didn't look like they reciprocated.
