O'Donnell Metal Deck and Nick Weiss are top-notch. O'Donnell was very easy to work with and they proactively communicated with us during the process. In addition, they have some of the fastest take-offs, quotes, best lead times in the market right now. You can tell that Nick and the sales team were very knowledgeable, as they answered all my questions quickly and accurately. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

I recently experienced some top notch customer services from O' Donnell Metal. There was an issue with the production of my ordered materials. The VP reached out to me personally, communicated all my options and did not stop until we agreed upon a solution that would meet my needs. Will be using them again in the future.

Overall great experience, Nick helped us out through all of the revisions we needed to make on our end to make sure the project ran smoothly. Between phone calls and emails he stayed on top of the project so they could get us the shop drawings made and approved in a timely manner. Everything was quick and efficient including the delivery that was already up at our shop first thing in morning of the day promised.

They have fast turn around on drawings and material lead time and fantastic communication. They have always followed through on their commitments. Highly recommend. Best Prices around! O'donnell got my joist and deck to me very fast. My project was a fast mover and they were the only supplier that could meet my deadline, and save me money, cant beat that. Material deliveries are always confirmed in advance and they have no problems adjusting the delivery schedules to meet our needs. I've enjoyed working with Matt and the rest of the guys at O'Donnell. Their knowledgeable and customer focused. O'Donnell Metal Deck did an amazing job working with us and getting us our order in a timely fashion. We needed it quickly and every other place was telling us it wold take 3-4 months. O'Donnell did it for us within 6 weeks! Communication was excellent! They called us with updates and they were always available when I called with questions. Great company and people to work with.
