I called a week in advance to set up an appointment for a bid. 20 min after he was supposed to be there I called to confirm he was coming. He said he would be there in 15 min. Showed up 45 min late from the original time. He told me he totally forgot about my appointment. In this day and age with smart phones, computers, Siri you should never be late. If so call! This is unacceptable. Don't think I will be using this company.

Been waiting 4 months for an estimate. Every time I call I get "we're trying to figure it out" can't get a call back and even when filling a complaint with a manager they do not return calls. Update: 2 months later I contacted them again and started from step one. Meet them at the property again. Went over everything multiple times again. Only to wait another two months without hearing back from them

Front office help can't figure out simple math, she didn't know how to figure out a yard and a quarter of asphalt. and then started crying. This is a business right not day care! Then they shorted my load! Find a different company. Honestly I don't know how they stay in business, very unprofessional to say the least. You can't insult your customers. Next time accommodating your customers should be your main priority instead of blaming them for your problems of poor office help. Really rude

They should have a negative rating. Elam sucks. The roads are normally worse after they work on them. They can't match up the joint between the road and a bridge. They can't match the height of a manhole cover. They can't even make a smooth road. Why the city council continues to use elam is anyone's guess. Maybe they're just the only choice. Or they have the cheapest bid doing the cheapest work. We deserve better for our hard earned tax dollars.

I just got cursed at, again by a vulgar flaggers. First this morning in front of my 8 year old son on our way to Broadway Elementary. And now again! I simply unrolled my window to ask which way to go! And my son was scared! They've always caused many wrecks trying rush people and misguiding hand gestures! I am beyond angry! After calling the phone number, the supervisor was extremely kind and motivated to get this resolved. He went out there right away to talk to them.
