Nichols Portable Buildings

Even though It took a month to get it I'm very pleased with how it was delivered and how easy the guy let it down and even took the time to set it exactly where I wanted it and even asked I was the keys in it or in hand.

Do not buy. Find a more reputable company. Do not have proper equipment to deliver and place building in preferred location. Didn't return to finish leveling building for almost 3 weeks. Had to have another company level building because it wasn't usable. Left building in un clean condition with nails and debri all over the floor. Untimely delivery. Spend your money somewhere else

Went by facility and priced a building. Went back 8 days later to order and pay a down payment and the building had went up 15%. I asked if they would honor the price I was quoted 8 days earlier and they said no. All quotes should be honored for at least 15 days if not 30. I have purchased from them years ago but will not buy from them again. There are people on every corner selling buildings now and I don't have to support a business like this.

Derrick Nichols is no longer the owner as of Monday This week. Wayne Nichols is back in control of the business. All the amazing employees left the business also. Buyer beware!

STAY AWAY. I made a down payment on a carport in August 2020 with contract to install in 4-6 weeks. It's February 2021 and they refuse to refund down payment. I've never dealt with more dishonest people. It says a lot about someone when they won't provide what you paid for and yet refuse to refund your money. Superior structures are honest people and they provided me with excellent service and I got my building on time, in 2 weeks.

Terrible experience. They dont call you back as they say. After they get a deposit they tell you a time and then good luck if you get it. many weeks later than promised. The people on the phone defiantly need some customer skills training. Act like your time is not valuable, that they graced you by talking to. Would be careful dealing with, lied to 2 times.

This is the third shed we've bought from Nichols. They have even moved a shed for us from one property to the next. They have always been friendly and professional. We're about to buy our fourth one in a few days. I'll update if our experience changes

Very unprofessional atmosphere wasn't even given a name when we entered the establishment. I felt very out of place because all of this girls focus and attention was directed to my husband when she should have been directing to us both. Along with other things that happened at this visit such as flirting with MY HUSBAND etc. to put it nicely she was very unaware and unprofessional.

I would not recommend going here unless you're a single man or woman looking for a building. Buildings are gorgeous prices were right but I can't justify someone being so rude and making their customers feel so uncomfortable when trying to maintain a business.

They built a 12 X 30 storage shed for me on site. They did a great job and were very professional. They even went the extra mile and added PVC trim at the bottom to keep the water out at no cost.

I just had a 12'x12' building erected in my backyard. The workmanship is top of the line. The crew was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I have some building experience, and I was completely satisfied in the crew's skills and work ethic. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their services. As far as this customer is concerned, there is no one else to get a building from. Nichols is the best by far!
