Employed by NIBCO for quite some time now. Love my job, like the people I work with and the company has been good to me. I can't complain.

Reflecting today about the employee discrimination case (NIBCO V RIVERA) this company was forced to settle, but only after years of wasteful litigation trying to justify their bigotry.

Terrible place to work. When they closed the plant in Charlestown they screwed people out of their retirement money. Im surprised their still in business.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience. I had a ball valve on an isolation valve kit fail within 4 years and they refuse to honor their warranty. Avoid at all costs.

Picked up a load at the distribution center. The guys on the dock are probably the most easy going, friendliest folks I've ever dealt with in the trucking industry.
