We bought a New Tech machine with 4 sets of tooling. Long story short we had some problems with it early on. After trying to fix the problems over zoom and failing. Management from new tech let me know they were willingly to do whatever it took if we would bring it to them. We did and they worked tirelessly to get things right. Ben and all the techs did a great job, it looks like it will work flawless now. We are looking forward to our next machine purchases to be from New Tech.

Horrible customer service! We have called multiple times and left multiple messages with Ben with no call back. This is multiple calls over a week and pushing 2 weeks now! All we need is help fixing the machine so we can get back to our customers and it seems it isn't important to Ben. Any communication would have been nice but nothing after multiple messages. A call back is always nice and shows you care but seems he doesn't!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I am very happy with this company and it's employees. Buying a machine here was a breeze and they helped up get it situated and provided a tutorial on how to use it in the brutal heat over the summer. Recently we went back to trade in a reel we did not need for a cradle and they graciously allowed us to do a trade-in with no hassle since the reel was still in perfect shape. Everyone is nice and does a good job here and we really have appreciated it!

Terrible company to deal with. Purchased a 25,000 dollar machine with the promise of the development of additional flange forming station. They never delivered on the promise. Customer support is a joke and if they decide to return your call it takes at least two or three days. They just sell and don't stand behind anything they do.

Bought a brand new panel machine from this company 8 months ago it has broke down multiple times and every time it does it takes them approximately 2 months before they can come service it after making me take numerous videos and tear the machine apart myself. Customer service Is terrible I have to keep following up with them no one follows up with me and the service is about the same they don't seem to be able to fix their own Equipment as far as I'm concerned it is a waste of $30000 but I will buy my next machine from someone else.
