They were very nice when I called to order a tool. They stock allot of inventory. However I specifically asked for a tool and was told that I was getting a unit that their website says has a feature that I needed. When I got the tool it did not have that feature. When I called Customer service I was told that the advertisement was wrong with no other discussion other than would you like to spend more for the item. I would say buyer beware.

You can call in your order two weeks in advance, walk into will call with no one in line (or behind the counter) and wait thirty minutes. It's 4/5 times this happens. Actually, every time. I wish Colony was closer. They have free coffee (and donuts), a huge show room, and most importantly a handful of helpful employees at the counter who want to be efficient. Nefco has one guy who clearly doesn't want to be there, and occasionally a younger guy who is good, but is only there 1/5 of the time. Our sales rep has tried to push this issue to upper management, but they don't care. Fortunately I'm paid by the hour.
