We did two projects in the last 7 months with Chris Hall and Mutual Material one was a back yard remodel with retaining walls and the other a patio upgrade at our restaurant 520 Bar& Grill. There were a lot of details and hoops to jump through and with the help from Chris everything arrived on time. Chris had a lot of good ideas on how we could make things better and how to use the right stone on each project. Thank you Chris for the best service possible JB

Huge shout out to Ubaldo Valencia! He was super helpful throughout! He was careful when it came to loading our truck and very communicative! He always had answer to our questions!

You guys need to train your truck drivers on how to stay in their own lane. I've seen drivers with bigger trucks being able to do so. Your drivers are going to cause an accident

Called with a random request for some obscure pavers from an obscure company. Every other company I called (and I called them all) had no idea what do with it. Chris at Mutual Materials Bellevue tracked it down in less than 15 minutes. Great customer service.

Very efficient operation. Wide variety of masonry projects to choose from. Extremely good prices-Much lower than Home Depot.

Had a business meeting, excellent place for stone. Checked out prices, very competitive. They have locations everywhere, very convenient.

Their staff member told me his back was bad and he could not load my truck. I had to load 200 bricks myself. He did not even offer me gloves to do wear.

Been coming here for many years since I was a kid, grew up using these guys for stones for many years coming here with my dad and friends. You will not have the same problems here that you will experience at Pavingstone Supply. Also if you do have a bad experience I doubt they will send you a stupid threatening letter to sue you over a bad review like Pavingstone Supply does.

Mutual Materials offers great customer service, every time! I have only received one block out of thousands that was cracked when delivered and they were so nice about replacing it too. As a General Contractor, ALL my Sub Contractors love this place and refused to shop at Pavingstone Supply, now I know why. Thank you Mutual Materials for treating customer right!

Ordered a certain color of pavers and had them delivered. Only a third of the pavers were the color I ordered. I called and they said it was probably the dye then after some digging they said we were delivered the wrong product. I wouldn't recommend.

I am satisfied with their customer service. They took resposibility for the broken slabs and delivered them to my house free of charge although it took them a while to do so.

You ever go to a place and quickly learn that these people know too much about.? These folks KNOW brick! I brought in 6 or so brick from a stack at our new, old house. They not only recognized the mix as XXX but also helped me reassemble a mix from all the new stuff that matched exactly. This us brick!

I stopped by Mutual Materials today and all I needed was six retaining wall blocks and some adhesive. I'm sure they are used to selling thousands of dollars worth of material at a time, but the service I received was top notch even though I only spent $50. The office staff maintains professionalism mixed with a sense of humor, which is all too rare there days. I will definitely be back if I need anything else they sell. Thank you!

I went to Mutual Materials looking for joint sand and sealer, which I did purchase, but when asking the staff some questions about coverage and amount to purchase they seemed to know little to nothing about their products. Waiting behind the building to load the materials I ordered was also a long wait.

They are very helpful, if getting paving or wall products why go to the home stores, buy direct from manufacturer and get a discount and much better information

These people are awesome! I built a 120 x 4 foot retaining wall on my property and they saved me thousands of $$$ by mentioning a color of retaining block that was discontinued. They were the perfect blocks for the job and a great price all delivered to the site in a very nice clean truck and a helpful friendly driver. I'm so impressed with their professionalism - from the moment I walked in the door and Melissa jumped right in to help me - to the last delivery this afternoon in a crazy rainstorm.

Thank you guys! Nice work! I have no idea where this Timmothy idiot gets off blasting MM because they didn't have a little bag of something he wanted. If he's a contractor (oh, please!) he should have known where to get it. We should be allowed to write reviews on idiot reviews.

I'm a contractor and went in looking for a simple masonry repair product: in this case a Sika product or equivalent what I got from order desk ladies was.deer-in-the-headlights. I further explained what I was doing.again blank stare.yard kid stated."how about just mortar" um no jr. I need a no slump "repair" product. I went to Hillsboro to Mason's Supply instead they had several products. I'm not sure why MM has know nothing's on their order desk.better off driving to Hillsboro or Home Depot

Have to go in for samples quite often, and they are always fairly nice to me. They work mostly with contractor types so when "a designer" comes in.(the link between the customer and contractor) it is a little bit of different dynamic. If you need brick, blocks, cultured stone or pavers, this is a decent place to go at least to look. I have heard the Vancouver store is much larger.
