This is the gate Mr. Fence installed 4 years ago. We have had nothing but problems with it! It held water and mold, the latch broke twice, and today is just completely snapped! It was 1200 to install just a few years ago, and now is completely worthless. I am so disappointed

An estimate for a fencing project was requested from this company. A person, TOM, OWNER I BELIEVE-, was informed upon the day he arrived for initial look at property, a property line survey had been scheduled and a clear estimate could not be a completed until the property lines were established. After the survey was complete TOM was scheduled for the next meeting, estimate, etc., instead he was a NO SHOW!

When the company was contacted as to his arrival time, the person answering the telephone the phone replied that she didn't know where he was either. The next day I received a strange email of what appeared to contain legal disclosures, a chicken scratched, handwritten drawing that was incomplete as he had not spoken with the homeowner as to the property line survey results and changes that had to be made thereof.

When questioned about the estimate TOM*- believed - owner- HUNG UP ONE ME! Thank goodness for, Better Business Bureau, and social media. I will execute all avenues, to inform of the treatment and emotional stress this caused the homeowner, a person of critically ill health.

The website invites you to complete the on line info for a quote. When you do you will receive an auto email stating to call the office (they won't call you). When you call, they will tell you we need other information so we dont use the on line request. The other information they need is your cross street so they can tell you if they serve your area. Note: They don't service Detroit.

This is what my backyard look like the purpose for the fence was to keep my dog in her yard they did come back and put this one piece up I call back to see what they was going to do about the rest now they want to charge me a thousand dollars for 6 more I'm so disappointed after I paid cash up front

The installation crew (Richard, Eric and Vince) from Mr Fence did an excellent job! They were Punctual, professional and very competent. This was the worst company I have had on my property. They have no respect for the client, their needs, and property. They have terrible communication skills and unless you can sit outside and babysit every step I would choose another company. After moving items on my property but claimed they couldn't put them back or relocate, creating a muddy mess, and washing my newly seeded yard into the street they returned to install a gate with backwards hardware for my use.

Can't be fixed without leaving drill holes in a new fence. When I spoke to them about my dissatisfaction the response was "it is what it is". Just because something is doesn't mean it needs to be.

Terrible. Called for a quote. They came out but the old man was rude, uninterested in any our needs and proceeded to talk over and interrupt me. I told him to leave. The whole interaction lasted less than 5 minutes. If you're looking to be disrespected by a cranky old man, you've found your company. Literally anywhere else is better.

I recently had my chain link fence repaired by Mr. fence. It was done efficiently and sooner then I expected. I received compliments from my neighbors as well. I would recommend this company for your fence work.

Re-doing my previous review. After my initial review of waiting for an estimate. I had to save up some cash to get the repairs. After my down payment was made I was give 2-5 weeks for the service. Mr. Fence was out in less that 2 days and finished this past Wednesday. They did the job quick and I like the new fence replacement. Thank you.

I called to set up a meeting and get a quote with them on July 24, they were supposed to come out on July 31 to give me a quote a no call no show. This means no business from me ever and a horrible review on yelp. I wouldn't even give them one star if I could get away with that.

Beautiful fence that was done super quick! Everyone was very friendly and respectful of our yard/house. I definitely recommend them!

Rick and his crew finished our cyclone fence job in under two hours! They did a great job and were punctual and most professional! They came out on blustery and snowy day. We would recommend these guys to anyone!
