Services
Moore Nanotechnology Systems was founded in Keene, NH in 1997 as a stand-alone subsidiary of Moore Tool Company. We are a global leader in the design, development and manufacture of state-of-the-art ultra-precision machine tools and associated processes (single point diamond turning, micro-milling, micro-grinding and glass press molding) for the production of advanced optical components in consumer electronics, defense, aerospace, lighting, medical and automotive sectors.
Unlike more conventional machines, our ultra precision systems have no contact surfaces. Heavy Duty Porous Graphite Air Bearing Work Spindles, Oil Hydrostatic Slides, Linear Motor Drives, Read Heads with Glass Scales all built upon an air isolated granite base. All systems feature an air isolation system engineered to block floor vibrations from reaching the cutting surface.
Used for the rapid production of spherical & aspheric optical lenses, mirrors, mold pins, freeform optics and even mechanical components. If your application fits within a 350mm diameter window (with optional riser package), this machine may be the ideal solution for your ultra precision needs. Expansion of the basic 2-axis system is simple.
Our mid-size lathe option. If your application fits within a 450mm diameter swing capacity (larger available upon request), this machine may be the ideal solution for your ultra precision needs. The larger slides make this system suitable for both diamond turning and grinding while enabling larger multi-tool production setups.

Contacted secretary Stephanie about work at site, she was clueless about opportunities, rushed, and sounded stressed out as though she did not want to answer questions. Reminds me of a dumb hairdresser whom I know! You know about first Impressions! No wonder this place only has a 2.7 for a rating!

Social media at it's finest. @fredhodgkins makes a sexist comment about a company's secretary and wonders why they don't answer his questions regarding a job opportunity; @takeshihashimoto is an application engineer at their local competitor and leaves a 1-star rating (a bit unprofessional, eh Takeshi?); I am their customer and have multiple machines, which speaks for itself
