Frameless shower door installed 7 yr ago. Sliding shower door fell off and broke into thousands of pieces injuring the person cleaning the shower. The hardware they used to install FAILED. Their customer service person was beyond rude. Her biggest concern was to make sure I understood it was no longer under warranty. ZERO concern for the injured person.

No attempt to help the situation. They just aren't doing residential anymore unless through a contractor. THIS WAS PURCHASED THROUGH MY CONTRACTOR! I have never been so disappointed in any service performed at my house. And they don't seem to care. My only response is to tell 2 people and let them tell 2 people etc etc. They should be ashamed. Sometimes it's not about the warranty, it's about good biz.

Love Minneapolis Glass, very knowledgeable and friendly. Can bring any project to them to figure out the best way to get it done. Would recommend to anyone!

I had a terrific experience with this company start to finish. My initial inquiry was responded to in a very timely fashion. They provided me with the information I needed and ordered the parts for my shower door. I was contacted when the parts were in and could be installed and an appointment was set up for a few days later. The service provider showed up at the time he said he would come and repaired the door hinges flawlessly. It was an overall A+ experience t every turn. I wish every company worked with this sort of efficiency and professionalism.

This company is outstanding. I've given them diverse projects from new shower doors to grandfather clock custom cut glass! In both cases they were fast, affordable, and professional.

This company came out to measure on a Friday and sent me the quote the following week. The quote was all wrong so they determined that didn't have all the information they needed to quote my project and would come out and measure again. I took ANOTHER day off work. After three weeks, I emailed them for the quote and they resent the origin incorrect quote. Then days later I got an email saying the quote was coming from their commercial department. Over a month and still nothing. What a joke and waste of time.

I would give it a half a star if I could, because they damage by cabinet doors and I recently remodeled the kitchen and painted the cabinet doors. I contacted two different people at Minneapolis Glass Company and both weren't helpful. The bad customer service experience started when getting into the company at the Plymouth location. I went with a friend that he had 3 cabinet doors to be done as well.

The person he was dealing with was somewhat more helpful then the person I got assigned too and she seemed that she didn't want to help. Jennifer was the person that I got assigned to by someone else that was just sitting there and telling Jennifer to help me look for the tempered glass. We both left our doors their and after a few days I had to call in and see what the progress is on the doors and keep in mind I already paid. Jennifer said the doors could be done by Friday if not they should be done by Monday or Tuesday of next week.

I said that is fine and to let me know. Then my friend's door were done on Thursday of that week and we dropped our doors on Monday of that week. It was strange that I didn't receive a call that my doors were done and ready for pick up. Then I called that Thursday and Jennifer said that there were other orders in front of me and they had to get those done first.

I told myself I dropped off my doors the same day as my friend's doors. The following day Friday my friend went to pick up his doors and went inside the building to inform the receptionist he is there to pick up his doors. He also asked if my doors were ready and the lady gave him an attitude and said he called multiple times and we informed him that his doors will be in next week.

Then when my friend went in the back to pick up his cabinet doors he saw mine right next to his. Then he went back to the receptionist and said his doors are right next to his. The receptionist looked discombobulated and said okay. She gave him my doors without calling me to inform me that they are done and if it is okay for him to take them. All four doors came back with scratches on the paint and I sent photos to the company via email.

They told me they are not reliable if any kind of damage were done while installing the glass. None of this was instructed or informed prior to giving my doors over to them. This is why I do not recommend on future customer going to this company.

So happy with Minneapolis Glass! From beginning to end their service was terrific! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They returned our call for a bid quickly and within a short period of time had Loren out to give us an estimate. She did a great job and communicated with us in a timely fashion. The installers, Kevin and Luke were great! They did a fantastic job on our shower door installation! Thank you Minneapolis Glass for making the final stages of our remodel such a positive experience!

I really liked the guy who came to measure out the area, because he was flexible with my schedule. The installers were so friendly and respectful. I got quotes from other companies and Minneapolis Glass was by far the best price too! Highly recommend to anyone!

Minneapolis glass set an expedient date to come and give a estimate. They got back to me within 2 days with the estimate. Ordered my custom glass and set a date to install the next day after the glass arrived. Kevin and Todd came out and had it all done in 40 minutes. VERY PROFESSIONAL. Other companies I talked to did not even come close to getting the job done as quickly as they did. I would recommend to all my friends, and business associates. AWESOME

1 star might even be high. I reached out to MPLS Glass on a Monday morning to request a bid on two buildings. Tuesday. Wednesday. Thursday, still no call to schedule or ask about the job. I called in & was told someone would call me that day. Nothing. Friday, nothing. The following Monday still nothing. I reached out on Tuesday (now 8 days later) via email again & was told someone would call me that day.

Guess what - stop nothing. I reached on Wednesday to day I still had not received a call, was there a sales manager I could be put in contact with. I received an email back in 15 minutes to say "we tried you, we couldn't leave a message & we decline to bid your property".

Minneapolis Glass designed and installed all of the mirrors and shower doors for our 4 bathrooms of our custom home. We could have gone anywhere, but the genuine care and incredible knowledge they brought to the table seperated them from the others. My wife and I felt like we got VIP treatment throughout the entire experience. Their ideas were great, their follow up and communication was awesome, and I just flat out felt like I was in good hands with people I could trust. The installers even went above and beyond showing us how to care for the products better and to get the most out of the money we spent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
