Simpson offer a variety of special coated hangers to connect your frame together with ease. 0.21 pcf for CA-B, 0.15 pcf for CA-C and MCA, or 0.14 pcf for uCA-C require the use of stainless-steel products for fastening. When attaching the deck to your house, use lag screws or Fastenmaster Ledgerloks.

Didn't get a chance to be a customer, they moved my appointment then didn't call to confirm.i called to find out the appointment was being moved again without notice.then then person at the call center was nothing but rude and brushed of my time like it didn't matter and I can wait all day when I made an APPOINTMENT! Being that I could not even get to the estimate part of hiring 3 mountain plumbing i would not recommend for anyone and would 100% pay more money to a company that treats you and your time with respect! Also had to put at least one star to leave a review so that being said I would give them a zero!

Don't bother coming here if you're an individual woodworker. I came in with a few questions today about the wood they carry, and I admitted that I'm an amateur woodworker who had a few shop projects in mind, but the guy I spoke to made it abundantly clear that I was an annoyance to him. He barely engaged me in conversation, he didn't ask me any questions or provide any sort of customer service. I'm sure that they are used to dealing with contractors who buy in bulk, but for an individual, I found the experience to be incredibly unpleasant.

Four decades in the construction industry so I know a thing or two. If you haven't given them a four star review you need to ask for Josh! The absolute best service in the business, anywhere! If Josh is not there ask for Tiny.he's very 'big' on service as well. Can't beat their prices anywhere. Super fast delivery and delivery guys are also awesome. I'm never going anywhere else.

Always seem exasperated by any kind of questions. I guess it's great for a contractor but definitely shouldn't be open to the public. I would love to shop local but Ace gets my vote. though they might not be as "pro" but they are definitely out to help people. This only in regards to the Milwaukie branch. The one it Montavilla will always crack me up for the signage but I've never been in it nor any other ones.

Vancouver wa pevious employee. The have no regard for state or federal safety protocols and regularly put load builders and drivers into unnecessary and dangerous positions. They have no formal safety training, never hold company wide safety meetings, they do not provide simple first aid training and above all they do not provide body restraint harnesses for when climbing in needed. Steve, the owner, is especially dangerous because he uses fear-tactics to get the employees to do what he wants and if you tell him it's dangerous to do what he asks he tears into you on a personal level. Multiple people have quit on the spot because of his attitude and total disregard of safety regulations.

I was so happy to shop local for our deck project and they were great with delivery and product selection. It wasn't until we returned some lumber that was subpar (the delivery driver told us it was terrible, since a big corporate order came in before us and we got what was left over). They promptly picked the lumber up and left with no receipt.
And now, after 2.5 months we STILL don't have any refund. That's close to $250 of our money that we don't have. I have called time and time again and they won't return my calls. I have contacted their accounts payable dept (which they finally diverted me to) and the woman there won't call me back either. I would not ever recommend getting lumber delivered from Milwaukie Lumber if you are an individual - they appear to really only care bout contractors.
