Didn't install garage door correct. Bolts keep falling out and it my fault for using the garage door. Gonna charge me $100 plus to repair their mistake. Never again.

We had our 31 year old garage door opener replaced. This one is so quiet you have to look and see if it closing. The guys that came out were very professional and very nice. It didn't take any time at all. I highly recommend this company. 100%.

My tenants called and said the garage door and spring fell apart. I came in and ordered a new door replacement. Upon the tech arriving for the repair. I discovered that the door just needed a cable repair and 2 new hinges. The tech did a great job with the repair and honesty. So sorry for you guys having to load the door and returning it. You have done service with me before and will continue to do all my service. I highly recommend you. Thanks you.

The staff at Midwest went above and beyond to install our garage door in Broad Ripple. Angela came out the next day after my call in to get a quote on a new garage door and their price was just below two other companies that provided estimates. One month later her crew came by and worked very hard to get the new door installed perfectly. I strongly recommend contacting Midwest if you need servicing or a new door installed. They are fantastic.

From my first call to the end! Amazing. Angela was so helpful in giving me ideas for the perfect door to match our exterior. Install was two weeks early and the guys were amazing. They had it done in a few hours and took all the old scrap away. We love our door and we love Midwest.

One of your drivers was driving crazy and kept flying up behind others and cutting infront of other people. His car smelled and was loud and obnoxious. In my opinion if you are going to have your company name on the side of your car, you need to represent it well and that was the worst. That made me not want to contact you for service because of your drivers lack of consideration for other drivers. Honestly one star is being generous.

I had an appointment on Friday 4/24 with a different company to come out and install a new garage door and opening system. There ended up being a scheduling error and we were told they couldn't come out until Monday. This was unacceptable for we had our non-working door open (which was barley hanging onto the tracks) and contents moved into the drive way for easy access.

I called Midwest around noon on 4/24 and they were able to have a new door and opener installed within a few hours and even gave me a better price than the competitor. Midwest knows how to take care of their customers in a time of need. Much appreciated and will tell others. Thank you all!

I used this company at the recommendation of my parents. Everything went well with my door install. I had an older door that had chipping paint, never had any issue mechanically with my old door the entire 5 years I lived here. They came out and did the install, still no complaints. A month later my wife came home to the door wide open. Upon further inspection, she realized it was getting to about 2 ft from closing and reopening.

After trying to open it again a cable completely snapped. We called them out and were charged a service fee because it was a Friday night and "they couldn't verify it was still under warranty until Monday". Even though the same guy that came out to install it was the guy on the phone and the guy who showed up. They refunded my money but tried to say it was probably our fault because "something probably was in the way".

Nothing was in the way. Fast forward 2 months and I wake up to it broken again. Same spot, same issue. I haven't called yet because I am so fuming mad. We also noticed nails and screws coming loose already. The work and quality of doors is majorly lacking. Just pay the extra and go with a bigger company. A $1000 door should not be breaking and falling apart only a couple of months after buying it.

Angela came out to measure my doors and show me options at 1pm and by 5pm I had a quote to make a decision on. About 2 weeks later my doors were in and we set up a time for installation the following week. Charles was my installer and he was AWESOME. He called as they had promised and let me know he was about 40 minutes out when he left the shop that morning with my doors.

He was on time and quickly assessed my current set up and let me know about a few things that would need to be done in order to have my new doors mounted onto the existing tracks -- this mostly consisted of a few cut-outs in the drywall over the door for brackets that were different and such, and he made those cleanly and only as big as required, and checked with me to make sure I knew he would need to do that and that I was ok with it.

I was surprised that he was installing 2 doors alone, but he clearly knows his stuff. While it took him most of the day at my house he was working efficiently and smartly to get it done in a quality manner. He ensured everything was working properly, cleaned up and did final paperwork with me before he left. He did a phenomenal job and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and look of my new doors!

My entire experience with Midwest was so positive - everyone from the front office to reception to scheduling to install was incredibly professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend them!

It froze last night and my garage door jumped off of its tracks and bent some of the aluminum a little bit. Since i bought the house, it had never really closed properly before. Its a newer house (2007), so i called Midwest Garage Door to come out. They came out within 1 hour and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Now it opens and closes properly and I only got charged the basic service call price since they didn't need to use any parts. I had a Valpack coupon from one of their competitors, but chose them because of the other good reviews here on Google, I'm glad I did.
