Great stone and tile business! It is family owned and has been in operation since the 70's, I definitely felt taken care of when I needed help choosing some back splashes for my bathroom. Millie makes you feel super welcomed when walking in and Patty did a great job at helping me choose which tiles looked good for this project. Highly recommend this place.

I would not waste your time. Most contractors avoid this place for bad service and poor quality.

So glad we visited Mexi-Tile to shop for flooring and counter top back splash for our master bath remodel. We took advantage of their free design services. WOW! Patty, in-house, designer spent a few hours with us to help us decide on marble for flooring and the shower. Could not have more pleased with our outcome. Would highly recommend to anyone I know.

I've looked and have purchased in the past from here. But every time I have gotten the feeling that unless your dropping a lot money they really don't want to bother with you. I went to North Valley for my latest project and got my travertine pavers.

Really nice showroom. From large format tiles, Decos, saltillo is where they started. Now it is a great stop if you are remodeling or building new! Go by and say hello!

Excellent products and great prices but this company has a serious problem with their front desk clerk at the Parkside location He is the worst customer service person we have ever met. This guy Jeremy is arrogant, childish and belittling to customers. This is not a one time occurrence. Because of the constancy of this guy, I felt compelled to write about it. Jeremy is the first person you meet entering the showroom and the companies first opportunity to make a good impression. Whiny, disrespectful and fails to do what he says he will do.

If you want great service from this company, you need to talk to Milli at the 78th Street location. BTW. I have asked personnel to have the owner contact me several times with no response. Not much in the way of customer service in the construction trade. May want to check out AZ Tile
