I recently visited the showroom with the professional guidance from Jane and the added bonus of the owner, Jay Rauton, stopping by to offer additional assistance if needed and to say hello. The showroom and options are MANY and so tasteful. I was able to make my selections that same day and obtain a wonderful referral for installation. They make the process fun, informative without a pressure sales approach, and you leave happy and sure of your purchase.

We are currently working with Lisa Falzone at Melcer Tile. We are building a home in Kiawah, from the start of this journey Lisa takes time and listens to what we want and what we are trying to achieve. She has been so patient with us, she is very knowledgeable about all of their product. She is creative and has a great sense of design from color to textures.

Lisa was our design rep that helped us pick out the perfect tile for our shower room reno. She did a phenomenal job by listening and asking all the right questions, but she also provided guidance on the latest trends, and the do's and don'ts of design. The only reason I didn't give Melcer the 5th star is their showroom doesn't provide pricing. I think it would save the customer some time if they knew if they were shopping within their price range.
I would and do recommend Melcer Tile to anyone planning a reno that requires tile work. Thanks to Lisa for making such a daunting task way easier than it would have gone, if we were to go at it alone.

Melcer has a great selection of beautiful tiles but, in my experience, awful customer service. Our sales associate showed us many tiles but never once mentioned a price or asked us how much we wanted to spend. We took a few samples home and made our choice. When we came back at our scheduled appointment time we were told our associate was out that day.
The appointment was in the afternoon so there was no reason why we couldn't have been notified and told not to make the trip for nothing. When we finally placed our order we were told 4-6 weeks till delivery. At 7 weeks I called and was told yes, the tile is in. No reason was give why the store didn't contact us. The order was short so we had to place an additional order for more tiles, somehow this order arrived in one week. No explanation why this time was so quick and the first time so long. Did they hold the money, short term invest it, then place the order 5 weeks later?

We recently used Melcer Tile for our master bathroom remodel. Our design consultant was Karri and she was a huge help. My wife knew what she wanted but Karri went above and beyond as our consultant. With her help, we had the shower wall tile, the custom shower base tile, and the floor tile picked out within an hour. Melcer Tile has an awesome selection of tile and awesome employees. We also used them for our kitchen remodel a few years ago and I doubt we would go anywhere else for our tile needs. Thank you Melcer Tile!
