Major Industries has been a leader in the daylighting industry for more than four decades, and our success is rooted in our employees, their skill and the pride they take in their work. We're a small company with big plans, and look for diverse applicants from a variety of backgrounds. The Sales Estimator is responsible for supporting the outside architectural representatives and dealers, as well as the outside sales staff. They provide immediate customer support in several critical areas including estimating (quotations) and product line information.
Major Industries works with a number of vendors, both local and across the country, to provide you with the highest quality daylighting systems. We also coordinate with numerous outside groups to provide you with easy access to product information, and along side with testing agencies and third-party verification services to ensure the proper testing has been completed.

We manufacture daylighting systems from our location in Wausau, WI (right in the center of the state - about 3 hours east of Minneapolis, MN and 2 hours north of Madison, WI).

They treat you like some joke. They tell you that Seniority isn't an issue but don't believe it. They tell you you can work at a time matter pace but rushes you and give you jobs that are due that day and tell you to get it done last minute. There is no explanation when you ask for help they make you wing it and then set you up for failure. They tell you one thing but expect a whole different thing.
They tell you it's a Family Environment but but treat you like the enemy. If you want to work at a place that is stressful and makes you feel like your a failure then that's the job for you.
