My car was broken into and they smashed my back passenger window. Called Lewis Street Glass on Monday morning at 8 and they said they could get the window to their shop around 10:30. They called me about 10:30 saying the window was in. I brought the car in at 11, they took the key, and the car was done by noon! All for $150, half the cost of what I had estimated from the officer that took my break-in report. Staff was nice and helpful! Very pleased with my experience here.

Just had my double pane window replaced after some simpleton chose to throw a rock at. It took a little while (non-emergency) but today they arrived and promptly replaced my glass making it look almost effortless. Both field techs were professional and kind and weren't put off by my curiosit. if you're looking for residential glass replacement, this is the third time I've used Lewis Street, and once again five star service. A very satisfied customer!

Lewis Street was wonderful and reasonable! Needed a repair to screen and glass on my Mom's home - had to coordinate it all from out of state. Excellent, friendly service, good and timely outcome.

They did a real good job. Price is kind of high. I looked at the same size mirrors at Walmart. They were about $2.00 higher.

Very knowledgeable and helpful counter staff. Answered all my questions and thought me a lot about the different types of glass thickness and colors. Thank you!

So far so good. Dropping off a screen door with a broken glass to be replaced. Worse thing is just the time it takes to get the glass. Lewis St glass is great though!

Local business with an excellent reputation; scheduled 1-2 weeks out since they were very busy. No problem it's worth the wait when it's quality workmanship!

I arrived just before they closed after I got off work. Everyone was very helpful to get my project cut and edges sanded to my specifications before they went home. So helpful even to the last customer of the day. Thank You.!

I recently had to get some small glass panels cut to replace the broken ones in my Fusion Powered Interdimensional Door Device (patent pending) that were unfortunately destroyed by a giant humanoid squirrel named "Barry" from an alternate dimension. Just a FYI: don't ever trust a smooth talking squirrel man who says he's just looking to buy some walnuts.

After calling several different "glass shops", I started seeing a trend as EVERY single one I called recommended Lewis Street Glass (no joke). I only called around because Lewis Street was farther from me than I really wanted to drive, but after so many good endorsements I decided to go anyway. I'm glad I did. Lewis Street Glass were extremely accommodating.

They were quick (cut my panels in 10 minutes), were inexpensive, did fantastic work, and had the best collection of People magazines I have EVER seen in a waiting room. Great business. Great customer service. No matter the size or scope of your glass needs, call them first. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Also, if you're reading this, arm yourselves, and buy all the walnuts you can. The giant humanoid squirrel man invasion is upon us (thanks a lot, Barry).

Our phoned questions were answered by very knowledgeable employees. Check in was quick and easy. The price was less than half that was quoted by a national company. The product and installation are excellent. The smooth clear windshield was very appreciated when caught in a heavy rainstorm two days after installation! Shop local every chance we get!

I got a chip on my windshield Friday afternoon. I called to schedule an appointment and to my surprise they worked on Saturday until 1pm. I was able to schedule a Sat appt at 10. They fixed the chip and had me on my way in good time. The chip repair was very reasonably priced. Thank you Lewis Street Glass.

They did a great job installing the shower door. There was a delay with getting the door due to covid, but they kept me up to date from coming out to measure, to day of installation.

Very poor install 3 months ago. noticed this week water is leaking inside and was never doing so before install. Janie and Lonnie came today to inspect the situation. they were defensive and unwilling to help me and just didn't care. didn't even offer to do any silicone. anything at all. they said there is no way it's what they did.it's leaking above the window install and never leaked before. I would never recommend them again to anyone. sloppy work with poor customer service

Rude and unprofessional culture. I had use their business two times and had an unpleasant experience the first time as i was give rude comments by the installers and the second when i order a mirror through them. Do you treat all your customers this way?

This place is great. Am going to put some glass in 3 tabletops. They were able to put a hole in the mirror glass that I needed for a model I was building. Ended up winning the local model contest. Model bases count!

Terrible! Called and left message for the commercial window and door guy to give me a quote. First time he didn't return my call. I called again and set up a time with him. I called him 15 minutes after he was supposed to be at the appointment and he said yeah just getting the guys rounded up at the shop and I will head that way! Waited another 30 minutes he never showed! What a waste of time!

I had a windshield installed in my wife's hotrod here. I had done it myself in the past, I had a rock chip that cracked out and just didn't have the time to do it this time. I left there happy, (good price) but found out soon enough that it was a rushed job. It has a split windshield with a division bar. The division bar was loose, I had to end up replacing it because the threads were stripped out. (That's not what upsets me, old stuff breaks) The inside trim was not even tight either. What upsets me is that they let it leave like that. One good thing; it doesn't leak
