Ordered online. Received order it was incomplete. Very challenging to get it corrected. Now have to wait again. My confirmation show the correct order. Delivery and amount shipped was different! Frustrating. We'll see if they can get it right!

Nice clean place, well stocked and was pretty busy. The only bummer was I went in there for a part for my pool. they have very few parts and I was told to go to the pro Leslie's but unfortunately it wasn't open. I ended up or an off of Amazon and added the next day and saved money too.

This place is great, very nice manager who is always very friendly and helpful. Today he helped me with my pool filter and didn't try to sell me anything, he just told me what I needed to do to fix my filter. Awesome service, friendly staff, great place to go for pool stuff and information!

Diversity does not mean "not white" diversity means "all are included" this company will only offer scholarships for "diverse" employees as if the rest of the employees aren't struggling due to the low wage. Why only "diverse" employees, why not all employees who make under a certain amount a year?

The manager Chris tested my water and recommended all these products, so i purchased, they're not cheap. A week later come to find that nothing improved. What is going on here? Came again on sunday only to find out that he is out of office on a busy day with and another employee who said is new.

I'm constantly NEVER DISAPPOINTED when going to this Leslie's Pool supply on Riverside Ave in Rialto. ( I've been to others & this is the best ) The manager-Chris is the one to talk to about products. His knowledge unlimited and his skill is impressive when it comes to repairing pool pump motors and pool vacs. When Chris became the manager, I became a regular there because once you find a business that is Knowledgeable, reliable, friendly & helpful. You'd be insane to go elsewhere. & their App and rewards points are wonderful. almost forgot to mention that their Service Tech Federico, installed a Variable speed pump a few days ago & he took time to explain to use it and helped us to understand some things we didn't know about our pool pump.

The young lady working on December 5, 2021 has the worst attitude I've ever dealt with. I came here for a part for my pool and she didn't want to put in the effort to look up if they had a part or not. I was looking for a check valve for a Pantera pool system and she gave me a part but didn't know if it will work or not saying that this is the only thing that they have.

I asked her if she can check or look up the part and she gave me an attitude. I told her she didn't have to if she didn't want to. I was looking to also upgrade my pool vacuum but I will take my business Elsewhere. I would not be shopping at this location ever again and I advise others to do the same.

Thank you Jeff for being SO Helpful and Kind! Went above and beyond asking my questions! It's been a few years since we have owned a home with a pool and are excited to have one! With that comes lots of questions and because we like things extra clean and new needed a true option of things to purchase and what to do! Jeff helped find a great new pool swept and shared knowledge with me so I could know what was going on when talking to my pool guy.

I even able to call him and have him walk me thru a few questions. Been going to Leslie's for over 25 years even as a kid and will continue too and love bring my own kids. Thanks Jeff and Poway Store

I was in to buy a filter basket with cover. It was all right, but then after waiting a very long, long time, since there was only one teenager working the store (poor managing of personnel practices!). After that, I wanted to have my water sample of my pool analyzed. To test my water sample, she wanted to know how many gallons were in my pool. She said that she only knew how to determine the gallons in the pool b by the length and width dimensions.

I said, without considering the depth of the pool, the length and width of the pool would be irrelevant, and the pool was an irregular in shape, and not rectangular. I told her that my pool was up to 10 feet deep one one end, and the other end is about 3.5 feet, and I would estimate that the average depth to be 6.5 feet. I also knew the actual area of the pool, because I had traced the perimeter using google.maps before.

And the surface area google maps gave me was exactly 946 square feet. So the cubic footage would calculate to 946 sq ft X 6.5 feet average depth = 6148.5 cubic feet. I asked her to google.com search the number of gallons per cubic foot, and she came up with 1 cubic ft = 1 gallon. I told her that she looked it up wrong. I asked her to put in the search field, "How many gallons in a cubic foot?" She said that is what she wrote in the search field.

Either she didn't know how do a proper google search, of whatever. Not terribly resourceful. And truthfully, it was NOT HARD to find nor calculate. Then she insisted that is NOT how she finds the number of gallons in a pool. She said she takes the length and width of the pool, (even though my pool is irregular in shape). She refused to work any further on calculating of the gallons in my pool. And truthfully I thought it would be useless to know the length and width of an irregularly shaped pool.

I just left, shaking my head. Three conclusions one can learn from this: 1] She is not very smart or competent 2] She has no real understanding of basic arithmetic 3] She is pretty darned lazy to refuse to look up the correct number of gallons per cubic foot. She was the second of two incompetent teenagers running the store that I have met there at the Rialto Leslie's Pool.

I did meet a adult who actually knew what he was doing, and was actually helpful. He was the one who gave me a bottle to sample the pool water. As long as they continue employing incompetent teenagers at the Rialto Leslie's store, I will not return until they employ more competent and mature staff. Shopping at the Rialto Leslie's is simply a waste of my time. Buh-bye.

We first shopped at Leslie's for pool supplies when we lived in North Las Vegas over a decade ago. I've now discovered this location in Poway which is actually closer to home than the Mira Mesa store. The store staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, but the Mira Mesa store is larger and better stocked. No worries. I'll be using both locations depending what I need and which direction my shopping takes.

NEVER BUY FROM THEM! My experience so far trying to return a diving board that came damaged in the box from your company, has been nothing but a pain and a nightmare. We received the damaged diving board 18 days ago, and I have called and emailed so many times, I have lost count. For some reason your company didn't realize that in order to return at 10-foot diving board, it would mean we would have to send it back via a freight company. So, after spending a week trying to get a shipping label, they finally sent me one after I was on hold for over an hour. Unfortunately, it was a label that was for ground shipping, but we didn't figure that out until after we had loaded the 10-foot diving board in our trailer and had taken it to two different Fed-Ex locations, only to learn that there was no way this item would ever be shipped ground. So, I had to reach out to your company again, and relay this information only to be told, oh sorry, yes, we can have the diving board picked up by a freight company.

Not sure why your company didn't realize a 10-foot diving board would need to be shipped back to you via freight, since it was delivered by a freight company. Then it took many more days to get a response to get a pick-up time for a freight company and the proper shipping label for the freight company. I was told someone must be present for the pick-up, and that they would come sometime between 3:00-5:00 pm, on the day we were assigned.

I came home early from work, only to wait and never did a freight company ever come. I was then told, oh sorry, the freight company picks up cargo first and just runs out of time sometimes to get to the freight pick-ups. This of course, was not a fun thing to learn, as I wondered if this would continue to happen repeatedly. Well after another 5 days of trying to get a new freight pick-up time, and again we waited for two hours, and the freight company never came.

Now 18 day later, I still have a damaged diving board in my garage taking up 10 feet of room. All of this is unacceptable. I spent almost $1000 on this diving board, that is damaged, and I have no way of getting it out my house to get my money back. At this time, I want to be forwarded to the highest possible manager at your company. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as well as working with my bank to dispute the charge.

This type of service is unacceptable, and I will be telling every person I know who owns a pool to never use your company. Please make this easy, just give me my money back, and please make this nightmare end.

Called and placed a order for a $1500 heater was told it will ship in 2-3 days, I have been waiting 2 weeks already. Called customer service and I was told they're waiting for a freight company to deliver a small 80 pound heater. It could take 3 to 4 weeks to process. Total ridiculous. Buy from another website. Don't waist your time and money.

Scott and Michael both went WAY beyond any expectations I could ever have for my visit to their store, and even ahead of my visit. From my initial call to the store on which we identified the older and less common equipment I inherited since purchasing a property and finding an issue with the pump / motor units, from photos sent through txt they helped locate some of the hardware.

It was suggested I brought the entire unit into the store and, although they don't do work in store, aided me in finding parts and checking the wear and quality of the consumable parts and I didn't even buy anything from the store, and they helped me SO MUCH. We located the part number and I will definitely be giving them my business moving forwards.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Placed an online order for instore pick up, the email said ready same day. Drove about 20 miles to the only store that had this product. When I walked in there was only one employee and he was busy so I waited patiently. After waiting 20 mins he was finally available. The person who was helping was named JEFF, I showed him the email that says my order is ready for pick up and he completely ignored the fact that the email said SAME DAY PICK UP and it said my order was ready.

He claims he never got an email on his side about my order and he CANNOT process it even though I had already paid and I could see he had 50+ of the product I needed. He proceeded to be extremely rude to me and told me he will not give me my product even though I paid and email said same day pick up. He forced me to buy another product. Jeff has terrible communication skills and was very very rude! PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS

This Leslie's Pool Store in Rialto has very bad service. I dropped off a pool pump motor for an estimate on Saturday May 22, 2021 At 10:00 a.m. Kim the sales associate told me that Chris the service associate would give me a call sometime later that day. That day and the next day passed and no returned phone call. I Monday May 25, 2021 at 10:00 a.m I called the store. Christ said he was busy and to call him back at noon.

I called back at 3:50 pm. Givin him some extra time. When he answered he placed me on hold and after 20 minutes of holding I decided to hang up and try again. I called and no one answered. This made me very upset because while I was on hold I could hear the conversation both associates were having and it wasn't work related. I could understand if the store was swamped with work. Thus, it was apparent through the phone that their personal conversation was more important than the customers. I don't recommend this Leslie's Pool Store to anyone. The customer service is atrocious.

We had the most unexpected and BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever from the manager at this store. We purchased a deck box that unfortunately didn't fit in our vehicle to take home, the manager loaded the box in his car and personally delivered it to our house. He went way above and beyond expectations in our opinion and has earned our business going forward. The manager and employees at this location are friendly, helpful and definitely go the extra mile for their customers!

Very impressed with this place! My husband and I have a pool for the first time and we were very overwhelmed with all that goes with it. We came in and talked to Michael who was so friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and recommended some products without being too pushy. My husband had to go back the next day with our three kids and Jayden also gave him phenomenal service!

He even helped carry everything to the car while my husband tried to juggle the children. The products are a little pricey, but I don't mind paying for good quality and even better service. Thank you so much, gentlemen! We will be shopping here for all of our pool needs.

Every time I go in here, the staff is great about giving me advice. I'm relatively new to pool ownership, so I usually have lots of questions about the dreaded repair at hand. I will NEVER set a foot inside this store again. Today was my third time there over the past five years and all have been troublesome. My first visit was five years ago when I just bought a new spa. They oversold me about $50 in stuff I did not need. My spa guy said, "you must have went to Leslie's!" My second visit was about a year ago. I needed my water tested.

The woman clerk was waiting on another customer. Fine, I understand. I'll wait. However, she then had a personal conversation with this customer for at least four minutes. She knows I'm waiting but didn't care. My third visit was a half-hour ago. There were no customers in the store. The man asked what I wanted. I told him chlorine granules, non-chlorine shock, chlorine test strips, and a vacuum tube to suck the leaves out of my spa.

He remained leaning on his counter and pointed to an area of the store that had what I wanted. I went left and he said, "wrong way." I went right and he said, "too far!" This went on for about a minute. He was barking out brands to look for and when I picked up the wrong one, he would just say, "not that one!." He was only about eight feet away but obviously felt leaning on his counter was more important than helping a customer.

I was ready to spend about $200. I am absolutely done with this store even though it's just a half mile from my home. I'll take my business somewhere else rather than deal with them.

I bought some parts for my pool filter. A few weeks passed and by the time I went to replace the parts, I noticed I have bought the wrong parts. I took them back to the store, packages were unopened and I had the receipt and only 28 days had passed. They refused to give my $ back. Went in for second time and brought to his attention that the merchandises were bought less than a month ago. Bob was very apologetic and this time returned my money.

My mom and I went to this store because our new pool motor broke. We had walked into the store super stressed and expecting to have to purchase another brand new pump, but thankfully Chris helped us out. He was super patient with us and walked us through what happened to our pump. We were there for about an hour or so but it was definitely worth it because our issue got resolved. I will definitely be recommending this Leslie's Pool location!

I wish I could have purchased. When I stammered with my request, Bob told me he was really busy and to hurry up. I tried explaining that I couldn't come in until Friday, he said he didn't accept phone payment. And he couldn't hold it. Pretty much just didn't want to talk to me. I am working 15 hour days currently for the 'pandemic'. Needed a cover that was in his stock.

I guess I'll keep looking. Summary: it annoys me that people don't have outstanding customer service. I would have paid him on the spot. And he would have made a five minute sale. Try somewhere else. I'll keep looking. Any recommendations for amazing customer service pool supply shops?

Buyer beware! Make sure you fully review this company's return policy before making any purchases - especially online orders. They do not allow you to return online purchase in stores. This is absolutely ridiculous especially during COVID-19 where online purchases are preferred. This company needs to update their policies- it's 2020 folks!

A HUGE thank you to Bob for helping me get the chemical levels right in my above ground pool. He tested my water for me and helped me get all the chemicals I needed without spending a fortune. He was the only employee working during this time, phones were ringing off the hook and customers were coming in one after the other. He did a fantastic job helping me and ensuring the safety of the customers. If you call or come in especially during this time, please be patient with them. They are very busy and doing a great job too!

Was looking forward to picking up a 1/2" float, was told that they have a certain size (1/2") available and in stock in the store. Drove 20 miles, arrived on site to find the size they carry was NOT the size I needed. The size they have in stock is 3/8" inch, not 1/2" inch like I asked for. I wish the store manager had told me he was unsure of the size he carried and I would have made an appropriate decision to go elsewhere.

Or if he took the time to measure the part versus just making an assumption it would've been helpful as well. It was a complete waste of time, energy, and money. On top of it, the gentleman did not apologize for wasting my time once I was in the store. He just said, "this is all I carry". The main reason I am giving one star is because the store manager assured me he had half-inch when I double checked with him on the phone before I drove down.

He obviously didn't check, didn't care, or made an assumption. Next time, just be honest with me if you don't know something or please double check. Thank you.

Called and needed a question answered about a product I bought and I asked the man who answered if he had a minute to explain something to me (I didn't want to take him away from a customer if he was waiting on one). He snapped back at me and said."call back in an hour". Wow, not a "sorry ma'am, I'm with a customer, can you call bank or would you like to wait".

I called Leslies in Highland., they didn't hesitate to appreciate my business. it's a longer drive, no problem. That's where I'll be shopping from now on.

Leslie's contacted me and said they would replace or refund my amount. I appreciate that. They don't make the crappy product I was sold, so they refunded my money. It's a shame that it takes this much effort to get this resolved. Remember, it didn't work the minute I installed it and was back at the store within an hour. Thank you to the corporate manager for realizing their mistake/poor customer service.

My wife and I just purchased a home with a pool. Unfortunately our pool heater has been giving us some challenges. As a result of our inexperience with pool ownership we came to our local Leslie pool store for some guidance. This is where we met Chris who was beyond helpful in helping to educate us regarding the options available to us. He introduced us to his technician who took a significant amount of time to answer questions we had and Chris himself spent significant time with us also. Chris' dedication to help us has no doubt earned our business and as a result I would highly recommend you give him an opportunity to earn yours should you need assistance with you pool.

So, I was quoted a price over the phone for some filter inserts of which I gave an exact part number by a young lady at this location. I sent my son in right away to get the filters and when he got there the price wasn't honored. The new price was 55% higher. They told him since he wasn't a top-level commercial account the price quoted couldn't be honored.

So if Leslie's is selling to commercial accounts at 55% below retail. There's a case of consumer price gouging if I ever saw one. I'm sure there's a profit on the commercial prices. But 55% additional, that's all profit. I didn't use their time to research anything for me, I told them exactly what I needed and the part #. Looks like these small neighborhood stores will lose another customer. Online for me I guess. RIP OFF ALERT

This is the first time I have been at this location. The service was sooooo low and they had two people at the counter. The young man was helping people test their water and no one said to wait for the lady who was there if you just wanted to purchase something. I along with three other people stood in line for 15 minutes while water was being tested.

The young man finally said if you are here just to purchase, he would help us on the other side of the counter. We moved over and after the person in front of me was helped, I asked if they had the chemical of the empty bottle I had brought in. He said it is one the shelf "over there". I told him I could not find it as I had looked. He then went over and he said, "we do not carry it".

Never said who might carry it etc. I then drove to Dale's Pool Supply in Poway. Dale did not have it but said, "I will order it for you". Now, that is customer service. If you want a person that really care's to help, drive to Dale's. He is in the shopping center just west of Walgreens on Poway Road.

This place is ok. They have a very clean store and have a lot of items on hand. Now, the bad. they are ridiculously over priced. I get it, they have to make money but they are not providing a service better than anyone else. It is the same stuff but at double to triple the cost. It wouldn't have been so bad IF they had any kind of customer service.

I seriously mean ANY. We were in the store which is very small, for a good 20/25 minutes. Not so much as a "hi welcome" or a "can I help you". nothing. I felt like a moron for even going in the store to only be ignored. Not good business practice. If they worked on that then the prices honestly would not matter. But you can't charge Nordstrom's prices and have less than Walmart customer service.

I stopped into this location yesterday doing some research on pool pumps/filters and had an excellent experience. I ended up not buying anything but was impressed with Jeff the manager. There were a few customers in front of me. He answered their questions in detail and was very knowledgeable. I actually learned a lot just by eavesdropping on their conversations.

When it was my turn Jeff answered all my questions thoroughly, I was incredibly impressed by his knowledge of the various manufacturers of pumps/filters and their pros and cons. I would easily return and recommend to others.

Jeff Osgood is amazing! He is an expert with great patience, passion, and service! My husband is a regular at Leslie's for all the pool & spa supplies. He claims he gets the best advice from Jeff & his staff. Two weeks ago I made my first visit after I noticed the pool creeper hadn't been working for over a week. My frustrated husband said take it down to Leslie's but be prepared to buy a new one.

I showed it to Jeff thinking I was saying give me another just like this one, but within 3 minutes, Jeff has it opened/repaired. I came home, connected it back into the pool, and asked my husband - OK, what's next! Thanks Jeff!

Know your prices online (at Leslie's.com) before coming to store! So, checking for the replacement cartridge PA125 at Leslie's.online at home and on my phone in the store its 58.99. Decided we'd try to get it in the store and avoid the shipping time. Person at counter uses their register/computer to look up identical part number - only they pull up the same item with a $114.99 price tag.

Person compares my phone, with Leslie's website pulled up, to his computer.identical specs - different price. Same EXACT part number $65 more. Seems to me they have a scam going on to overcharge their walk-in customers. We checked two different stores - same thing.

Had Leslie's pool repair replace our pool heater and they did a great job. Rerouting of some pipes and valves was necessary but it was done right. Reasonably priced and cheaper than your name brand pool companies in SD. I saved $300-400

I went here about 6 months ago. The manager was a cocky jerk. So I have been hesitating to go back. However I needed a part for my pool vacuum. So I went back in and thought I would give them 1 more chance! Praying that I didn't have to deal with the mean manager! I got a very nice guy named mike who had some awesome tattoos! He was helpful, patient, got a catalog out and even offered to put the part on for me if I had any trouble! I think I can do it because it just snaps on!
