This company was hired to resurface two tennis courts. One court was converted to 4 pickleball courts. Looks good but as we began to play on these courts we found many dead spots where the ball will not bounce. Funny how they all fall on the old tennis court line. This company was notified of this and they refuse to do anything about. Very poor service and I would find another company to do the resurfacing.

If you're looking for a residential sport court this isn't the place. Called to inquire about an outdoor sport court. 70x50'. Baseball machine pitch length, basketball, hockey, etc. I was told they "don't mess with the small stuff".

Is there were no parks or baseball fields, these guys would be out of business, they make the rubber and lay the foundation for tracks for high schools and tennis courts.

The WORST customer service possible! If I could give it NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. They apparently feel very confident that they have no competition in town because they treat customers like an annoyance rather than as asset. Delay after delay after delay. They schedule a date then just don't show up - no call, no reschedule, no communication at all.

When WE finally call to find out when they will do the work, we are pushed further and further down the list and treated as if we are unreasonable for expecting work on THEIR schedule! We have spent over $150,000 with this company, and had intended to spend another $150,000 with them in the near future. Too bad they can't see the value in doing what they commit to, when they commit to it! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!

Renner Sports Surfaces resurfaced our 4 tennis courts and talked us into using a "tape" that would prevent cracks. This tape was guaranteed for 2 years. It has been 3 years now, and this tape is coming loose and up all over the courts. Renner will not do anything about it. We paid thousands of dollars extra for this tape treatment, and now we have to have it removed.
