Founded in 1956 by brothers Bernard and Carl Lazzaro, the Lazzaro Companies, Inc., is a third generation family business that specializes in division 8 and 10 commercial building products. Hollow metal doors/frames, architectural wood doors, architectural hardware, storefronts, commercial windows, commercial glass/glazing, access control systems and washroom accessories/partitions make up the products and services our organization serves. Extremely rude customer service. Unprofessional and Unkind. I was told to call for a quote and they told me they don't do the type of work I wanted, which is fine, but when I say "thank you" that doesn't mean you just hang up on a potential customer.

Called them 3 times to get an estimate on some doors, they never called back or replied to my emails. I even left a voicemail. Not sure what the issue is they could of just called back and let me know that they are not interested in the job instead of not answering. I'll change my rating once I receive actual service from them. Maybe because of the holidays they are busy. I'll wait till after to see if I get a call back.

Contacted four times in the last three weeks to get a door repaired and no response. Ended up calling Preferred Window and Door and they responded within an hour with an appointment time.

I had them installed storefront window at a restaurant and they where very prompted. They were there when they said and that means a lot. Will definitely recommend!
