In 1920, tool room machinery and power presses were being installed at a renovated plant in Attleboro, MA, as the three founders of Larson Tool & Stamping awaited granting of their charter from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Nils G. Larson, Carl G. Larson, and C.W. Cederberg were well on their way to fulfilling their plan to establish a company dedicated to the manufacture of metal stampings, assemblies, tools, and special machinery.
Drawing upon over 100 years of innovation, the fifth-generation, family-owned company is a trusted supplier to hundreds of manufacturers and OEMs who rely upon Larson to consistently deliver precise, high-quality stampings.
Larson's commitment to continuous improvement is evident in every aspect of our sprawling facility. We have been in business for almost a century and have perpetually reinvested in our company-from people and processes to quality, safety, training, and the latest stamping technology. With each upgrade and innovation, our staff continues to provide the same uninterrupted dependable production, quality, and delivery to our customers. The people of Larson are our most valuable resource-they keep our facility running at its optimal best.
From inception to production, our in-house engineering team works closely with each customer throughout the development process to ensure the final prototype or product meets or exceeds expectations. Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) is a process used in industries like precision metal stamping that applies specifically to the product launch.
