Knoxville Bolt and Screw stocks and distributes construction and industrial supplies, including fasteners and related items. Our products include non-ferrous fasteners. This includes stainless steel, silicone bronze and brass. We have a large inventory of bolts and screws including other items such as fasteners, rivets, and anchors. We stock and distribute many boxed items including name brands such as Dewalt, Bosch, Makita and Alfra.
We provide the items needed for bridge construction, plant construction, plant maintenance and have what electrical and mechanical contractors are looking for. Included in our stock are abrasives, strut, rod and structural items. These items generally come in large quantity for use in large square foot facilities.

Using a new type of material I ordered the wrong type of fasteners, (totally my fault) $145 order asked to return and get a different style, no refunds only store credit which would have been fine but this dinosaur that was on the phone I had to physically open my cell phone, go to Google and find the part number and spoonfeed it to him just for him to tell me he can't get it, and he won't refund, which I think is a really terrible business practice. could at least offer returns with a restocking fee but off to Fastenal I go. First time I used them and the last.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very good experience and I walked away extremely satisfied. The management was great and William Clark is very knowledgeable and helped us out a lot. Everyone that works there knows their products very well. The building may look on the run-down side, but the service made up for it!
