I had a terrific experience here regarding finding some plumbing supplies for my apartment. Everyone was courteous and offered me a wide range of selections to choose from. They were patient and considerative my needs. With regard to plumbing supplies, this outlet has everything and if it doesn't they'll get it for you. It's a simple showroom but there's a lot of action going on all the time. I highly recommend it from plumbers and those people who are in home fixer uppers. There is even a fantastic lady behind the counter who really knows her stuff. Thanks.

Recently I bought and attempted to self-install a new hot water heater. Despite FIRST calling and TWICE confirming the exact dimensions with 2-different people, I got the unit home and found the size was incorrect! Plumber installation then cost me several hundred dollars more since all of my piping had to be re-done to accommodate this larger unit. Thanks for being so attentive to detail Kent Supply!
