Highly recommend JPON Glass! I reached out to a few companies and JPON was the first one to respond with the best price. Monica at the office provided amazing customer service - one of the friendliest people I've done business with in a long time. Our delivery tech, Chris, arrived on time, was professional and very courteous. He cleaned and installed our glass table top and it looks immaculate!

We recently needed to replace a number of our original double pane glass windows in our home. Terry, Jayde and everyone at JPON Glass did a great job for us. Communication was above the norm and the pricing was very reasonable. We highly recommend JPON!

Loved that they came wearing masks. Juan and Preston were great to work with. Very friendly and they took time to create the exact mirror shape I wanted for my powder room. Anytime I need glass or windows replaced I call JPON they have helped me several times. Just call and pick up your order or have them come out to replace glass, works great either way.

So excited to finally find a glass company that was not only polite, but also went above and beyond every other company we called. They understood exactly what I was asking for without a ton of explaining. They sent someone out to measure the next day who took his time to understand exactly what we wanted. He measured several times and traced the rounded edge to make sure it was cut right.

Their pricing came back very quickly, was very reasonable and they honored their quote! (Let's just say not everyone in this industry does that) They had the glass cut when they said they would and it fits perfectly. Thanks to JPON we have a happy ending to a very frustrating journey. Thank you!

This company is a joke. I worked for them. They letme go. Thats fine except that when they did i wasnt given the chance to get my tools. I ended up losing a very expensive caulk gun and a bag of open ended ratcheting wrenches. Now might not seem much to some but to a man that works with his tools everyday it is alot. Also it is Feb. 8. I called up there to have them send me my W2 to my email because i still haven't recieved it and i was hung up on.

The company is not professional and they have trailer park trash working in the office. I foresee having to notify the government and having to take them to court. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST

My whole experience from start to finish with JPON Glass was excellent. I called to order a replacement glass and did not have all the information that I needed but Jeannie was able to ask all the right questions in order for me to order exactly what I needed. I placed the order and was told that I would get a call back as soon as it was done. I was already impressed as it was but that was raised to even a higher bar when I received a call back in such a short time that my order was ready for pickup! Thumbs up JPON Glass!

These guys ROCK! They were on time and the problem with my sliding glass door was fixed quickly and cheaper than what they quoted. Go nowhere else for your door, glass, and window problems. You won't be sorry!

Nope. I was billed a few hundred dollars for a service I never received. I was promised a partial refund ~ not a full refund ~ that I've never received. I was told I would get a follow up phone call that I never received. Nope. Never again. Do yourself a favor. Don't call J Pon.

JPON has done work for us on multiple projects over the last couple years from setting 1 glass in custom frames, frameless shower surrounds, to replacing glass in doors and windows. They have always taken care of us and our clients. Would definitely use them again and have recommended them to our clients, friends and family.

Fast, courteous, accurate communication and service. We ordered mirror pieces to DIY some furniture. We contacted several companies. JPON was the first to get back with us and the reps were extremely courteous and professional. Everything about the transaction went smoothly. I normally don't leave reviews, but we were just so impressed with the service!

Pretty rare these days. The showroom had some frameless glass shower enclosures that looked really nice. My neighbor just had hers done so we inquired about the pricing. Their prices were better so we will definitely come back when we are ready to do that or whenever we need glass or mirror work.

This business has been around FOREVER! I just purchased one of the framed closeout mirrors shown on their website. The transaction was efficient and easy. The mirror is beautiful and was a fantastic deal. I couldn't be happier! :

Jpon installed a glass shower enclosure, and it appears they didn't do it right in the first place, so now I'm having problems. First, they didn't use matching hardware. Second, they placed the hinges on the doors so no reasonable adjustments can be made now. They only warrant their work/products for 2 yrs, and my glass door hits the glass panel next to it.

They wanted over $100 to come out to adjust but "no guarantee" that they COULD adjust it. Raised the price to almost $200 because they don't want to stand behind their work. Had to pay someone else to try to adjust, but as he showed me, the hinges weren't installed correctly in the first place. I may have to have an entirely new door made, new holes in the tile walls so will have ruined tiles, and this will cost a bundle.

I couldn't get my contractor to give me Jpon's name until warranty had expired, and now this is a huge frustration and too costly. Would NEVER recommend Jpon for any reason.

For work, we go here for anything related to glass, in particular mirrors. Whatever you need, they can do it. We needed 1" by 14" mirrors and 1" by 1/4" first surface mirrors and they had it no problem. Personally, I've had them cut a piece of glass for a picture frame. It fit perfectly and looks great! I asked them about my mirrors at home that are showing the dreaded blackening around the edges.

The gentleman I talked to said it was actually mold/fungus that was growing from the high humidity of the bathroom. He said it could be prevented, stopped by applying a sealant to the edges of the mirror. He said if I brought it in, he'd seal it for free. I didn't take him up on the offer, but I wish I had. All seriousness aside, if you need anything, from a glass table top, to a replacement window pane to picture frame glass, they have it.
