Don't call this place unless you want to be on hold for a couple of hours. They think the airlines look like they give great service. I ended up going to the store and the person I work with must've started the day before because they knew absolutely nothing about the products. I would not recommend this place to anyone go somewhere else where they care

Worst experience with sales rep I've had to deal with Nicole was extremely unprofessional, I was told I would be emailed a quote and was completely ignored, when I went to the store I was told to wait for 10min for her to finish with a customer when she was clearly laughing it up with a coworker speaking about inappropriate topics out loud so other customers could hear her.
I do not recommend her as a sales rep, the only reason I put two stars is because I was treated like a real customer by another sales rep (Sara) which is the only reason I still go to this store for materials

I've experienced the Best customer service with Sara Vera-Chiu. Very attentive, professional and concentrated in her work. Calls the warehouse to assure they have what I want. Answers my emails promptly. Overall, showroom is clean, parking lot is clean and spacious for work trucks. Also, I want to give credit to the warehouse guys. Very helpful loading your materials. I have also dealt with the drivers on-site and are also professional on what they do. Thank you John Abell and your team.
