Crooks. Ordered metal of a specific color per their website and received something completely different. Was told they "sent" an "email confirmation, " which somehow is no where in my email covienienietly and no response from me for the confirmation means they made the order they had written down instead of what I actually ordered. Now wants to charge me 4 times more for what I actually ordered and im out the money for the other metal I already paid for because they made the wrong metal after I was told by the initial person I ordered from that it would be 2 times what I originally paid. Horrible customer service and order taking. 5 stars on how fast they charged my card thou. Edit to respond to their reply.
I never specifically asked for any type of metal. I did however specifically ask for the color and was given a response with estimate for that color metal. I said and I quote " my customer wants weather zinc. Can I get 30 feet in 16' sheets." If that wasn't the case then how do you know I ordered weathered zinc? Also very amusing you're willing to "work thru this" with me on a public review however when on the phone with you, you stated "it wasn't your problem". Funny how that works.
