Services
We established this business back in 1973 as a repair service. At the same time, I was still in high school. I started doing the service work for Harold Shulfer, for his company, Arnott Recreation, a small retail establishment that sold Jacobsen equipment, Sno-Flite, and Chapparall snowmobiles, and mini-cycles.
At Jerry's product support after the sale is part of the deal. This service facility exists to support the products we have sold over the last 47 years and counting. We provide warranty service for the manufacturers we are authorized to do so. While we service most makes and equipment models, please understand that we give priority to our customers who have patronized us.
Saw chains dropped off today for sharpening will be ready for pickup the following working day after 2 pm (Chains left on Friday will be ready on Monday after 2 pm). Note: We don't call you when done! Come pick up your sharpened chains after the pickup date and time above! Carbide saw chains dropped off for sharpening between Tuesday and Thursday will be ready for pickup on the following Friday after 2 pm.!
We will be contacting you to alert you when the truck will be picking up or delivering your equipment. Please tell us which units you want to be serviced and any details about any issues or repairs you want to be done to each. If we have questions, we will contact you. Their is space for up to three.

Jerry was so beyond helpful with our new walker! Explained everything in detail, made sure we knew exactly what we were getting, and how to maintain it at high quality standards. Had a small hiccup in the buying process that we had to leave for and he even stayed a late to make sure we got what we needed to keep our business going! We couldn't have asked for better service!

All of the staff at Jerry's Small Engine (Jerry, Jeremy, Rick, et.al.) have always treated me with the greatest amount of respect even though I'm only a "residential" customer. They provide bs-free answers, do speedy & superior repair work, and offer very high quality products. I recommend them highly!

I came in to buy a brand new chain saw they had ordered for me and listened to them trash talk it in front of me until they realized I was the one there to buy it. I should have walked out right then and there. Trash talking their own equipment in front of customers that spend their hard earned money is hard for me to overcome. They're obviously not very knowledgeable about their own equipment. I will NOT be back, and I encourage others not to waste their time.
