If your shipping address is outside of the United States, additional fees may be required. Please contact us with your international order details so we can better assist with accurate shipping costs. When the additional fees are paid, your order will be shipped. Goods will not be accepted for return unless the product is still in the original distributed packaging and has not been used or damaged by the purchaser. This excludes merchandise which is damaged due to shipping. All returns must be accompanied with a return number issued by JP Glassworks.
