Xander and Trevor came out and worked with our dog three times. They were 100% committed to making sure our dog understood the fence and it's boundary. Highly recommend both of them. Service: Dog fence installation

I have had invisible fence since 2015 for my two cats. It took just 2 weeks for them to get used to the borders and now I don't have to worry about them getting eaten by coyotes or getting hit by vehicles as long as they have their collars on. I've had no issue with the system until my neighbor accidentally cut my line last weekend and I had to have one of their technicians out to help pinpoint the break. Gustavo came out on time and within minutes figured out the issue and fixed it.

He also took a look around the rest of the perimeter and proactively tightened up some of the loose wires he saw that could present a problem in the future. Having technicians like Gustavo is the reason why I stick with this company!

Recently had our Invisible fence installed. Xander and Trevor did an excellent job with the installation and training. We missed our original install appointment due to rain. They worked hard to get us rescheduled as soon as possible. Thank you for the quality service! Service: Dog fence installation

We have used Invisible Fence to install fencing for us and, more importantly, to help train our dogs to use the fence properly. We've had three dogs trained on the Invisible fence and can't say enough good things about Beth and the work they all do to help keep our pups safe at home. There are other types of pet containment systems on the market but I'm positive that none come close to Invisible Fence.

We have been Invisible Fence of Kansas customers since 2008! The product is top-notch and the service from both Beth and Eric has always been outstanding. In early 2020 during a remodel we wanted to add a dog door that worked with our Invisible Fence Collar. I called Eric and he helped advise me and we ended up buying the Invisible Fence Dog door. I highly recommend this company and these fine folks!

Eric was extremely professional and caring to ensure I received the right tool to correct our dogs behavior to stay within the boundaries. He listened to every word I said and came up with the best solution. He told me how it would work and how our dog should react and what to watch out for. I put the collar on our dog and walked the perimeter of the property.

At one point our dog started to approached fence and the collar beeped like it was supposed to, our dog stopped for a second then continued toward the fence when it zapped him. Our dog stood up on hind legs, yipped and ran to the house. I continue to walk with him but witnessed our dog (multiple times) chase a rabbit and stop shy of the invisible fence perimeter. Thank you Eric for helping me save our dog.

My dogs love the freedom of running around on a full acre. I loved how easy they made the whole process. Training started in the home. We were training regardless of the weather. The three training visits and the support after the sale have been tremendous. They care about their product and my pets. Service: Dog fence installation

We did a series of private in home lessons with Beth. We have 4 dogs and wanted to work on fence reactivity and barking. Over several lessons, we saw an incredible improvement in our dogs. Beth instructed us on how to better train for what we wanted, and we couldn't be more pleased. The methods we learned with Beth have been, and will continue to be, extremely useful tools for a happy and mutually beneficial life with our dogs.

We are so glad we got a fence system for our puppy from Invisible Fence of South Central Kansas. Our experience with ALL members of the staff has been phenomenal! We could not be more impressed with their professional, friendly and personal service from the explanation about how the system actually works and the installation - to the training of our puppy and us. Our pup loves being outside without a leash, and we feel she is happier, healthier & safer! Thank you! Kathy Overman

We've had Invisible Fence for a couple of years. I had a real problem with my dogs escaping our 1.5 acre home. I even had a chain link (ugly) fence put up, and they escaped that too. I then called Invisible Fence. After my dogs were trained (by I.F.), they have not challenged the border since, even when chasing a deer. I had the chain link fence taken down. I cannot recommend them higher. It works!

We love our invisible fence. We've used the Invisible Fence to keep our dogs safe since 2002. We live along a green belt and currently Pearl enjoys being able to move freely from the front yard to the back yard, especially when I'm outside with her. When strays or deer come into the yard, she plays or escorts them out of the yard. When it's time for a walk along the green belt, I change her from the fence collar to the radio collar and she waits patiently at the edge of the yard for me to signal when its okay for her to go beyond/through the fence.

She also knows she can always return even without a signal, so I can send her home even when I'm staying away. The installation was quick and professional. Over the years the line has been accidentally cut twice, once by me and once by a neighbor's contractor. The patchwork is quick and simple, if you want to do it yourself, or they offer quality service to come to your home as needed.

We recently completed install of an Invisible Femce at our new home. We are very happy. From sales, to scheduling, installation and training of our three dogs everyone is extremely professional, communicates well and is very professional. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

My dogs had been digging under the fence and getting out. They got in or very close to busy streets. A friend made it much harder for them to get out, but they still did so. I contacted Invisible Fence. In a short time, they were at my home explaining how the system would work and offered a couple of options. Installation followed and included the first training session.

A week later, I had a second training session. I was extremely impressed with everyone I met with the company. They were on time, polite and got down to business. Most importantly, they interacted very well with my dogs. I have every reason to believe my dogs will now stay in my yard where they are safe. Certainly, one less worry for me as they come and go via the dog door.

We ordered two new batteries before going on vacation. Unfortunately, the package arrived in the mail with no batteries--empty. We did not have the Invisible Fence active to travel, so we stayed home. I called the office on Mon., and I was told someone would drop off the batteries in the afternoon. No apology. No admittance of a mistake. I learned that some of the services are outsourced, so the batteries come from a different place.

I am glad I had a receipt and took photos that the package was empty with cardboard stuffed inside. We still miss the quality service from the Invisible Fence office in Houston. The team in Austin really does need a workshop on customer service and to learn more about how to care for loyal customers who recommend them to others. We will be calling the Houston office in the future for Invisible Fence services and attentive leadership. Take notes on anyone who is offering assistance at Invisible Fence in Austin and hold them accountable.

Beyond all expectations! We just built a new home and invisible fence was one of the best investments we made. We have 3 dogs that used to jump all over our furniture and had no concept of boundaries. After 1 training session (we purchased the full set of 5), our dogs haven't jumped on the couch, bed or gone upstairs once! Beyond unbelievable how well this product works.

We also put a loop around our pool and exterior perimeter and it is working like a charm! Even more importantly, is the customer service of this company is impeccable. Paul was our main contact and I wish I could hire him to do everything! He is easy to communicate with, honest, fast at responding, great at what he does, and truly cares. Highly recommend this company! Thank you for doing such an amazing job!

Last spring we had Beth from Invisible Fence of Central Kansas out to discuss installing the Invisible fence system. We needed the peace of mind knowing our dogs would stay within our property boundaries. She took the time to explain everything to us & answered all of our questions. We were VERY IMPRESSED with the time & training they were including with the fence installation.

We gave her the thumbs up & she scheduled our install quickly. Donovan came out to do the actual installation. We had several good training sessions with Beth & 1 session with Donovan. They are both super nice and very knowledgeable about their product & proper training. We love being able to take our dogs into the front yard with us now & not worrying about them running!

We recently added another puppy to our family & called Beth to purchase yet another collar & several more of her great training sessions. She continues to make us glad we chose to do business with Invisible Fence of Central Kansas!

I highly recommend Austin's Invisible Fence. We achieved our desired goal with our dogs (staying out of certain areas in our back yard) almost immediately. the trainers were awesome and the entire organization was very professional. Very impressive - wish we would have known about them a long time ago!

The Austin Invisible Fence group is amazing! They do a great job helping you understand the system and building an environment that meets you and your pets needs. This is probably the best investment we made moving into our new home. All of the techs are well educated and understand your pets mentalities and queues. Paul was our rep and has been incredible with any questions or outside the box asks! Thank you IFB Austin!

Pet owners need look no further if interested in an underground fence to ensure the safety of their fur-loveds and their own peace of mind! I have worked with Beth and Eric Ericson of Invisible Fence of Central Kansas for over 6 years. Beth first served as our dog trainer and Eric installed our underground fence. It is reflective of their professionalism, and dedication to their work and clients, that they agreed to travel over 100 miles to a remote area of KS to our lake house to install our fence. Additionally, despite a waterfront yard and other complicated terrain around our house, our fence was installed without complication.

Our dog, Wheeler, was easily trained to respect the boundaries and Eric returned a few weeks later to assure the system and his training were all in order! We have neighbors with small children and dogs, and the safety provided by our fence allows Wheeler free rein in our yard, and me with untold comfort. This is a priceless investment for pets and their owners who want all the benefits of a fence without obstructing the view. The Ericson's and Invisible Fence of Central Kansas receive four thumbs and paws enthusiastically up from this "furmily"!

We have been a client for more than a year now and couldn't be happier. When we adopted our female dog we were told she was an escape artist and had been returned twice because they couldn't keep her in the yard. We decided to give Invisible Fence a try and we couldn't be happier. We have since gotten a male dog as well and he learned very quickly.

We don't have to watch the very second they are outside and they can play in the yard to their hearts content. I had trouble keeping my dogs off my bed so I called and was given a solution that has worked perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the product or the service provided by these wonderful people. I

I have used Invisible Fence of Austin since 2000 and have moved 3 times and had them reinstall my fence at each new home. I cannot express how grateful I am for the consistency of service and the sense of urgency they always have to make certain my dogs stay home not just some of the time but All the time! Thank you IF of Austin! Dawn

I am remiss in not writing a favorable review sooner as I have Invisible fence for over 2 years now. I could not be more satisfied with the service. None of us like to see our dog shocked so I started out with the setting pretty low. I have a medium sized dog (50 lbs) with a large size excitement level so the low setting did not work. The invisible fence guys came out for the adjustment and re training at no charge and assured me that they would be with me until the product worked for my situation.which it has worked for 2 years trouble free. I have no doubt that if I needed anything from them today, they would be right one it.but I do not as it is working fine.

After my review was posted the company owner did get involved and resolved the problem to my satisfaction. I was glad to hear from her as I truly did not expect any action from the company. I have updated my review because the company made the effort to keep me as a happy client. They succeeded.

Let me qualify my review. Product and installation: 5 stars Billing: 1 or 2 One of my dogs is an escape artist. She can jump, climb, tunnel, eat her way through or around any enclosure. We found Invisible Fence and had one installed in our last home and that, plus some basic training, put an end to her adventures. We feel much happier and safer for it.

When we moved into our new home, we knew we wanted Invisible Fence installed, so we called the local office. They came out and installed the system with no issues. We ran into problems; however, when we asked them to charge a different credit card for the installation than the one we provided for the initial estimate. (We'd just moved and aren't made of money, so. you know.) Long story short, the original debit card was charged by mistake.

We spotted the charge quickly enough, but were told there would be a 5 - 7 day wait to see the charges reversed. That resulted in about $500 in overdraft fees and nary an apology for the mistake. Crickets. I wish I could give them a higher rating, because we're happy with the result. But if you need to make any special billing arrangements, check and double check they get it right the first time.

Invisible Fence has been a lifesaver for us! We originally started our "pet family" by adopting a lazy pug/beagle mix named Kobe. Kobe never chewed on anything and definitely steered clear of any activity that required him to exert himself (besides walks, those seem to be universally exciting). We decided about a year after adopting Kobe that he needed a canine companion during the day while my husband and I were at work. So, we decided to adopt Lola (a beagle/terrier mix). Lola. was. CRAZY.

She seemed to have an unlimited supply of energy with the attention span of a flea, and was stubborn (to boot). Her tenacity allowed her to escape from our fenced backyard no matter what we did (reinforcing with chicken wire, lining with limestone bricks, etc). Needless to say, we were exhausted and frustrated. We desperately wanted to leave the dogs in the yard unattended (during backyard barbecues, while at work, in the evenings before bedtime) but were stumped.

My Aunt recommended that I look into installing an electric fence in our backyard, and I'm SO GLAD she did. She actually suggested buying a system from Lowes or Home Depot (about half the cost), but after further research, we decided to go with the Invisible Fence system for several reasons: 1. Invisible Fence completes the installation (I did NOT want to have to dig a trench around my yard by myself). 2. Invisible Fence provides a warranty for your fence and highly trained technicians (which you do not get from buying the system off the shelf in a store). 3. Invisible Fence provides training for your animals so that you can ensure you are correcting the behavior in a positive way rather than providing "shock therapy". 4. Invisible Fence has the option to provide customers with a battery replacement service where batteries for the collar are automatically billed and mailed to you on a recurring basis (I definitely did not want to be responsible for remembering to change the batteries). 5. Invisible Fence has a proven success rate and an extremely helpful/approachable staff.

The initial consultation was fantastic, the installer arrived on time and was extremely courteous and surprisingly quick. Now that the fence is installed, I can happily say that we are FINALLY enjoying our yard with our dogs like we were supposed to be doing all along (no escaping from digging under the fence!). Both Lola and Kobe have responded beautifully to the training that Invisible Fence provided and I feel confident that Invisible Fence is a product/service that we will be using for many years to come.

When my sister told me they were getting an IF I gave her the third degree about how it could damage a dog and scare them from their own backyard. I was wrong to jump on the band wagon with those who are against them after today. My Sister has an acre lot that backs up to a busy road with a iron fence that both her dogs can fit through. After today I think the IF is a great idea if you are not experienced enough to train your dogs boundary control or have a dog focused on escape.

The IF rep came out despite the rain as scheduled at 9AM dug the line and placed wires and explained why the wires in the flower beds were left exposed (so landscaping crew does not cut the wires he also emphasized talking to the Foreman so his crew is held responsible). He also set up an IF inside in their dining area. He then took each dog out separately to train them.

They start out the first day of training on the lowest level with a beep and shock that is just a mild "itch" and raise the shock until it does the job based on the dog's comfort level (today the mini Dachshund was not the least bit fazed by the shock level but the Labradoodle was). Everything was installed and the first training was finished by 3PM.

The rep that came out today was so very thorough in explaining the training and said he has worked for the company for 10 years he also commented that he was a Pit Bull advocate and loved the breed (I want to give him 5 stars for that). Installation comes with 1 week training and they will come back as often as needed for training. The rep today was very thorough in explaining that the collar should be no less than 1 finger and to constantly check for the growing puppy. IF is VERY expensive but it is worth it if you can not otherwise keep your dogs honest or safe on your property.
