Tesoro, International wholesale tile, LLC do not give any warranty on there tiles, After a while these tiles start cracking, exploding and disintegrating; even though, evidence was show to them, they acted like is not there issue, and do not have any respect for their customers. They did not even try to help or give another solution, only explain their tiles wish they sale do not have any warranty. Companies like this, without a good customer service or respect for their customers should not be working in this time of days when the customer and their satisfaction is what truly matters.
We are a Pool company which have been in business for over 30 years, and have never had an issue, As a companie we buy a lot of tiles on a regular basis, but after this behavior from Tesoro, International wholesale tile, LLC be aware.
