Insulated Component Structures ICS Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are manufactured with internal and external surfaces (skins or substrates) of engineered structural products, such as Oriented Strand Board (OSB), Fiber-Cement, Fiberock, Fiber-Reinforced Plastic (FRP), various exterior sidings, or various metals, and have a Closed-Cell Polyurethane Foam Core. These are a few of the types of construction that have incorporated ICS Eco-SIPs. ICS also manufactures Non-Structural Insulated Panels, such as Insulated Curtain Walls, Interior Walls, Partitions, and Cladding for existing structures.

An energy saver with warm floors and daylighting-the new Utilities vehicle storage building is an example of cutting-edge green building techniques. The sawtooth roof design, with high south-facing windows, provides daylighting throughout the building. This project received support from Fort Collins Utilities' Integrated Design Assistance Program.
SIPs stands for Structural Insulated Panels. When installed, a SIP provides both structure (support strength) and insulation (resistance to the transfer of heat, cold, sound, vibration, etc.). SIPs designed and manufactured by Insulated Component Structures (ICS) provide the best thermal/structural envelope available today.
Solargon - "The Passive Solar Smart Cabin" is an energy saving octagonal structure designed to take full advantage of the sun. Due to the smart placement of the southern facing windows and its material-saving octagonal shape, this cabin earns huge energy savings. Built with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), the cabin easily assembles in a matter of hours.

We had a fantastic relationship with Brian, and particularly liked the ICS' patented locking mechanism between panel. We built our entire mountain home using ICS SIPs and couldn't be happier with the product AND the way the house has functioned in such an environmentally sound way ever since. Thank you Brian!

Friendly and they work with you on your design. also they are willing to fix their mistakes, but there were a few mistakes. You'll want to double check the panels right away, make sure the angles and conduits are correct.
