Innovative Hardwoods is an exceptional company that we have previously used to refinish our hardwood floors. They are professional and provide customer service above and beyond what can be reasonably expected. Their services are competitively priced and their follow-up is phenomenal. Innovative was lightyears ahead of the competition in professionalism and workmanship. I called on several contractors, specifically 6 different flooring "specialists". Out of the 6 that I called only 3 showed up for a bid, of the three that showed up for a bid, only two showed up on time, out of the two that showed up on time, only one got me a bid back when they said they were going to, the other never sent the bid, even after calling to follow up to ask for one.

Can you guess who did what they said they would? Innovative. I am a high producing real estate agent who works with contractors regularly. Innovative is a company that I would not hesitate, and have not hesitated, to refer to clients, friends, and family. I cannot say enough good about quality of their presentation on the business side of things. When it comes to the workmanship, they were yet again beyond good, finishing a beautiful herringbone pattern project on time.

We had kiddos in the house and they keep their tools neatly organized and stored at the end of each day and throughout the entire process. They let us know when they would arrive each day and when they would be leaving. Having new floors put in is a HUGE undertaking when still living in the home, not to mention with 3 kids under 6yrs and a dog for that matter. Innovative made it as easy as possible.

The finished work was, and is, outstanding. They made suggestions on different items to add or not to add, and had our best interest in mind the entire time. When I find a good company like Innovative I like to make sure they get props because they deserve it. Finding a contractor like them is 1 in 1,000 if you have ever dealt with home renovation contractors. A huge thank you to the team at Innovative Hardwoods, you guys are amazing.

A great job on replacing and refinishing floors in our leased townhouse Gig Harbor. we are so pleased with the quality of the work and the outcome of the floors. I would highly recommend them.

All I can say is wow. These guys know what they are doing! We had existing hardwoods in one part of our house and laminate in another. We replaced the laminate with red oak to match the existing and had it stained + finished dark and it looks like a million dollar job. Innovative was communicative, on time, fast, and gave us the most beautiful floors I've ever seen. 1000% quality. We had an amazing experience with everyone from Joe the owner, to Sarah in the office, to Lloyd and his team who did the work. You will not be disappointed!

Installed maple hardwood flooring throughout my home. Used another company once before for refinishing and did not do a good job. These guys are the company that most of the Hi Cedars community goes with.
