In 1947 Sherman Rutzick started Apartment Laundry Lessors ( ALL ) and leased appliances to apartment buildings and commercial enterprises while at the same time opening his own chain of coin operated laundries. In 1989 when his son Mark joined the business, they began selling appliances to apartment buildings and quickly became one of the largest wholesalers of laundry appliances in the nation. That buying power, combined with their love of customer service, drove them to open their doors to consumers throughout the Twin Cities.
At All, Inc., we have a simple philosophy-people deserve quality merchandise and great service at a fair price. Even the best quality merchandise can sometimes need warranty repairs. If you place a request through All, Inc., please note that once your request is received, your service call will be submitted to the manufacturer's warranty department.
Over 70 years ago we started carving out a niche selling kitchen appliances and laundry to apartment buildings and condo developers. This place is awesome. We did have to ask for someone to help us & wait. But the lady was great. She answered all my questions about products. I was very picky & she was very patient with me. I found a fridge originally $1500 & got it for $850 because of a dent. They didn't have much of a selection of dish washers, but I am really not picky. Its white & the fridge is stainless steal.

I think they had stainless steal ones with weird buttons. The dishwasher was only $400! I got a really nice washer for only $650. It says the time its done & has a quick wash. No agitator & a soap place. The lady was awesome. There was no gas dryer on the floor, but the lady found us one in back! Its just a basic white one $550. We were right on our budget with everything. It was so awesome!

I've only purchased items from the scratch and dent area, but everything has been great. Their customer service is good, and they were more than happy to help. The delivery guys for our fridge were super nice and helpful. I've recommended the scratch and dent area to many friends.

First come, first served delivery. Waiting to unload is long. Docks are super tight. Good luck bring food. And only deliver here if your not picking up a load next day.

Cannot recommend ALL Inc enough! As a home builder, awesome service and the ability to navigate supply chain issues have been some of the biggest challenges. Jim McDonald at ALL Inc is such a strong partner in offering our clients support and value! Truly the best of the best! Jim has been an absolute asset to our team! Thanks, Jim!

We ordered appliances from ALL, Inc. for our new build as they were recommended by our builder. We ordered 6/4/21 with a delivery date of 11/1/21 and we were told that there shouldn't be any problem getting the items we ordered. 8 months later (end of January 2022) we are ready to move in and they do not have our appliances. We were told 1 week prior to our move in date that they won't be available until March 2022.

This is a full 4 months past the original delivery date! They refused to put in a temporary fix as they state "it's not our fault". I understand that the supply chain is messed up right now, but their lack of communication and willingness to work with us has been very disappointing. Update: 4/15/22 still no oven/ microwave combo. I spoke to them a month ago and they stated it would be May/ June.

Now when I called again for an update they are telling me it is July. It is frustrating that I need to be the one calling for updates. Their lack of communication and willingness to work with customers makes me wonder how they are still in business.

If I could give a half star I would. We purchased all our appliances for our new house: our fridge etc from All Inc and we wanted to let you know how disappointed we are in that choice. Our fridge was delivered in Jan 2021 and right away we noticed a dent and the door didn't work right. All Inc immediately said they'd replace it. The new door took months to arrive.

Once it arrived we waited several more months before a technician came. The new door was also dented. They ordered another door which arrived in Oct 2021. We have waited again, for a technician. The company never reaches out to us. Rather, we are sending multiple emails throughout this process to ask what is going on. At this time it has been months since I sent a scathing email letting them know that this is the worst customer service I have ever had.

I have not heard from them. The large box, containing our new door has sat in our garage for months now. We would hate for this to happen to anyone else; we feel frustrated and powerless.

We were looking to buy a new stove for our home remodel. I walked into the store in a sweatshirt and jeans. 2 sales guys immediately walked away. We had to go to the receptionist for her to call a sales person to help us. We looked at ordering double wall ovens, but it was going to take over a year to get due to the supply chain. Scott Wilhelmy(spelling?) was the sales guy that we first started dealing with.

He was nice at first, now we find out this isn't the case after you give him his sale. We asked about a Wolf oven that was on the floor. He said that we couldn't get that one any faster, but that it was going to be traded off of the floor for the newer model. We could buy the floor model for a little discount. They aren't able to discount much due to being a Wolf brand.

So we thought that was a great idea. It took a little longer for the new model to come to the store than they originally told us, but they couldn't let the floor model go until the newer model was delivered. That was OK with us, and we understood that. We had told Scott that we had LP, and he said it was just fine and would work with LP as long as we got the LP hook up, which we did.

Where it gets really disturbing is when we had to have the stove serviced the first week that we had it installed. The service guy told us that he didn't have the right parts because this was a 2016 model. This was a shocker to find out that we bought a 6 year old stove that Scott implied was the 2021 model being replaced by the 2022 model. When my wife called to talk to Scott, he told her "you didn't ask what year it was, it's not my problem.

Talk to customer service." Scott also told her that we will have to buy a $500+ part to convert it to LP from the gas set-up. Again, this was not what we were told when we originally bought from them. Once Scott got his commission by selling something unethically, he was completely worthless. This is not the type of service I would expect for spending over $15,000 on an appliance. Complete rip-off. I would highly suggest not shopping at All Inc. even though their show floor is great. If you do shop here, certainly don't deal with Scott.

We purchased an oversized refrigerator from All Inc. to replace our old fridge. This was a fairly complicated job given the size of the fridge and the fact that it is a built in. From sales to measurement to delivery to installation, All Inc. did a great job. Very nice crews, and very good communication among all the different people involved in the project.

Very reliable and surprisingly quick turnaround given all the supply issues we are seeing now. This year, we have purchased 3 different appliances from 3 different companies (rough year). In the first two cases, we worked with larger national retailers and they were almost comically bad - items not fitting, installers that couldn't install, old appliances not picked up, and tons of hours spent with their 1-800 numbers. In contrast to the big box retailers, All Inc. communicated well and got the job done with a minimum of drama. 5 stars all day long.

I have been going back and forth via email with this company since May regarding the return of a through the wall air conditioner that I purchased. I have gone weeks without a reply to emails, have asked for people to call me regarding my return, and I have had zero reply. I still need an air conditioner for my unit. I also need a replacement sleeve which I was told by the first customer service person that helped me out in May when I was attempting to return my air conditioning unit, that yes all Inc could help me out with that as well.

In fact that customer service person acknowledged over the phone that it is possibly my sleeve that is the issue, since because my sleeve is quite old the sleeves may not accommodate modern air conditioners. I told her that the installer put the air conditioner in, and flat out told me that all I needed to do was caulk around the outside of the air conditioner and I would be fine.

The air conditioner is not appropriate for the sleeve that I have. I have heard nothing and I am beyond frustrated. My last go through via email less than a week ago, the customer service person asked for my address which they should clearly have. You ask for an address in customer service when you are buying time. I have provided photographs, explanations of what went on, and I still have yet to see not only a refund, I have yet to receive any kind of customer service that provides me with any kind of knowledge that they recognize that I am a valid customer of theirs.

This company so far has not gone out of its way to provide me with General customer service, and as someone who is in the customer service industry they are lucky I have given them one star. I shouldn't have to follow up on follow-up emails. I also shouldn't have to be the one to initiate phone calls in this regard when it comes to a return that's been sitting around since May.

One would think that if there is an air conditioner in their warehouse somewhere that's sitting there not in a box one would wonder why it was returned, but apparently they also cannot find the air conditioner that was returned in May. Covid aside, they honestly cannot use covid as a bad excuse for poor customer service, I realize that companies are busy right now, but they should at least give me the courtesy of calling me back. Or emailing me back without me having to initiate a follow-up.

Absolutely ridiculous! We ordered our fridge back in October of 2020. They did not order the correct parts of a trim kit and we are still with out the trim kit to date as of September 2021. In addition, we had a servicer come out that twice called out of no where to say they would be there in 20 minutes to install! Yet, now today showed up and we still have the incorrect parts that they ordered.

As well, we received an incorrect door to our mini fridge AND they missed our plug on our dryer AND when someone came to install the plug they did it incorrectly and we had to call/hire an electrician come out here to fix. We will NOT be returning.

I've been battling with All, Inc (in court) for over two years due to a general contractor that defrauded each of us (and many other homeowners and sub contractors) out of (literally) million$. My attorneys generally represent contractors/subcontractors (like ALL in this case) but took my cases because I was getting screwed by both contractor and (subsequently) ALL.

That said, this review won't factor in any of my disdain about All management or their attorney. Bottomline: I'd recommend upfront shopping at ALL to get ideas for your renovation but to do your actual business elsewhere. 1. Sales rep: The rep who helped with my selections was also the person who came to measure in my home. It was challenging to schedule with him, he'd show up late, was just kinda ho-hum and seemed to care more about his next cig break than this sale. I'm giving him a slight break since he talked me out of Ikea cabinets. 2. Delivery: units were delivered about 2 months after the measure.

All left a mess in the hallway, which my HOA fined me for cleaning up after them. Yes, this was my project managers role but this surely is not white glove delivery. 3. Installation: Cabinets were installed by another sub-contractor that ALL chose. Mostly good. some of the 'soft close' are not working and they clearly cut wrong in back of/inside a couple cabinets.

They look good on the outside but have multiple XL holes on the inside. They were again messy, which resulted in more fines by my HOA. 4. Costs: I am unable to review costs as they were hired by the general contractor. I only know what was in my contract and they seemed reasonably priced. 5. Show room: the show room is nice and includes cabinets, countertops, appliances, grills, etc. I'd definitely recommend up-front shopping here so that you can get ideas.

If you can actually get a sales rep to walk you through the process, do it and then just write down as much as you can. Homeowners, please look at the online reviews of All before you/your contractor hires them. You'll see many trends that will help you make a decision; but, again, my recommendation is to go to All for the upfront planning and then hire someone else.

I just built a new home. All Inc supplied the stove, ovens, fridge, dishwasher, washer dryer, and beverage fridge. They were supposed to deliver and install everything but they just dropped everything inside the house. My GC had to call them back to see when they were going to install the equipment. They came a week later. They installed most of the things.

They dropped the microwave and damaged it and had to replace it. They did replace it but didn't install it. My GC had to do that. They scratched they brand new hard wood floors in multiple locations, which had to be fixed by my builder. The beverage fridge is still broken and buzzes really loud a few hours a day. They damaged the door to the fridge and were supposed to replace it.

The door got delivered 4 weeks ago. I called in to ask when it was going to be installed and my sales rep told me it should probably just take care of it myself. Oh also. Every delivery date we were told did not happen. Everything was late. We had an absolutely horrible experience with All Inc that cost our builder and us a lot of money and time (still dealing with it) I would recommend you look, anywhere else, for your appliances and cabinets.

If your a driver delivering here, I feel sorry for you. It's about 4 hours per truck to unload. The gal in the shipping and receiving is extremely rude. The guys unloading are very lazy also. I'll never deliver here again. Also, very very tight dock to try to back into. Place is a toilet.

I had a strange experience at All, Inc. As other reviewer say, the show room is great. That's about the only good thing I can say for this place. The receptionist was sort of helpful but not much, . There was a sales guy booping away with his phone and another sales person or two were walking here and there. No one asked if they could help, no one seem to care much.

The place feels like a ghost town for high-end kitchens. I did notice the very expensive sports car out front - one of those $70,000 two-seaters. All, Inc. is the most likely place to carry what I want, but I chose to avoid them because I have a little faith that they will be good to work with. I'm glad the happy reviewers are happy - i'm not going to roll the dice.

Very courteous and prompt staff with follow-ups. Have worked with them for years and always have been happy with their service and design planning. Only thing is I would prefer they had a total solution option for some jobs, like installing an ice maker: need a plumber to route the water line, a carpenter to mount the cabinet wood panel on the front, and then an installer for the ice maker itself. They said I would need to coordinate the plumber and carpenter for my job myself.

Purchased a scratch and dent washer and dryer here and purchasing went great with Julie. Delivery was scheduled for the next day which was even better. Delivery/installation day came and we thought everything went well with no issues until days later the dryer started shaking more and more as time went on. Turns out the stacking kit was incorrectly installed (the legs were left on the dryer) and they took the additional parts needed with them. (We purchased the stacking kit needed at Lowes). Called about it on a Friday morning and was told I would get a call back shortly which I didn't receive. Called back at 4:00pm that Friday for an update which they said an installer could come out Monday.

Today is that Monday and I've put everything off today in prepare for the installer to come back out to correctly install a new stacking kit. I've called 3 times (10:30, 3:20 (no-one could take my call so I left a voicemail) and 4:20) looking for a time frame and no-one can get ahold of the guy, they've left it messages with my number and I've yet to hear from him and its currently 6:30pm.

Waste of an installation fee. Edit to update: at 7:20 this evening I called and spoke to a different sales woman. Explained the situation to you and requested she cancel the installation so the person doesn't show up the next day when I'm not home, as I cannot wait around another full day. My husband and I will just be purchasing another stacking kit and we will just do it ourselves. Thankfully she understood my frustration.

We were in need of a new fridge and Covid-19 has not been kind to the supply chain. I reached out by phone and was put into contact with Scott. Scott answered my questions and even ran back to their liquidation room to see if any floor models might fit our needs. My wife and I visited the showroom and were honestly a little shocked at the selection.

We had made several trips to a number of Warner Stellian stores and the number of kitchens and full displays at All Inc. was really quite incredible. I can understand some of the prior negative reviews with regard to the limited sales service (some people have complained about not getting prompt service) but I was able to ask for Scott and he was able to assist within ten minutes.

We found an amazing Sub Zero in the liquidation center, saved over $3000 and had the unit installed with customs ordered Stainless Angela within three weeks. Installation was great and the technicians did a great job making sure that everything was installed perfectly. Thank you for a smooth purchase and we look forward to getting a couple of trim pieces that were missing but ordered immediately by our installation tech.

All has a beautiful show room and a lot of inventory to see. I run a new home based bakery and thought it would be a great investment to order a new range that could bake my cookies nice and even. We ordered a $9000 Miele convection range. We recieved the Range 2 weeks ago. My husband hooked it up that evening and the convection top does not work at all.

When I try to bake my cookies the cookies burn on the outside and are raw in the middle I have tried several baking modes including the auto cookie mode. Still no luck. I have wasted several dozen cookies, which means lost money. We have been forced to hook up our old stove in the garage and cook and bake in our garage. I expected so so much more from a $9000 range.

After much research I found many issues with temp control of the oven and other problems with lack of customer service. We have been working with Ross on this issue for a couple weeks now. We changed our mind a week after we agreed to a new Miele range because of the research I did. We have decided to go with the Wolf Convection M series. Ross told my husband yesterday 11/5/2020 for me to go pick the range and knob colors I want.

Now today 11/6/2020 we are being told the Miele has already shipped and we may not be able to get the Wolf. But a day ago we were told as long as the Miele has not been recieved in the All, inc warehouse we would be fine. I am very very frusterated at this point and super dissapointed in this process from the beginning (many issues with poor communication within the company) with All, Inc.

This has caused me much stress and anxiety as I just started my business 6 weeks ago. And now I may not have my new range during the busiest baking session. I thought Ross had our best interests at heart and he has been very nice. But at this point, I feel like we are being strung along. Ross seems like he really just wants us to continue the re order of the Miele Range because it would be the easiest transaction for him (All, Inc.) Buyer beware.

Be your own advocate. Ask questions and make sure you know what the process will be if your appliance has issues right away. *update 1/23 Range is still not fixed and panel is not functioning. Miele service rep has been out 3 times.

While our salesperson Linda was great, delivery and install was frustrating and disappointing. The installer arrived before the fridge arrived. We then found we had to attach the door handles, install the interior drawers and take off all of the plastic sheeting on the outside. We called to share our experience and got an I'm sorry this isn't what we expect from our folks.

Ordered a new Whirlpool washer from AllInc. The product was late coming in from Whirlpool, Eileen Ziegler, store manager, got involved and tracked the unit down, confirmed the delivery date. She had to go thru Whirlpool to complete that task. She kept in constant contact w us on the situation, informed us what she was doing etc. Guess you can figure out why she is a store manager overseeing a group of sales associates. keep up doing exactly what your doing AllInc. Many many thanxxx from a satisfied customer.

If you're looking for truly awful customer service, this is the place. i purchased two AC units from them a number of years ago, and one turned out to be a lemon. Didn't find out until after replacement that there was a recall on the unit, by then it was too late. (It is hard to find units that fit the space in our condos, so I had given them the benefit of the doubt and purchased the replacement.) I heard from others who live near me that they received newer models with remote controls, etc, so I think they just sold me whatever they wanted to get rid of/older or poorer models.

Now I had another bad experience of a different kind. One of their trucks pulled into our one lane drive the wrong way (there's a big sign) and, I found out later, blocked the drive for the whole time they were installing the unit! I came home and saw them by the truck, honked and waved to back up. (Someone else had pulled up behind me as well.) Instead their driver pulled the truck down to my bumper, trying to force me to back up!

I went to their window and insisted they back up or I would call the cops. They finally did. But when I talked to the guy who was behind me and had to back up (dangerous) and go a long way around, he said he still saw them go out the wrong way after I left, tearing up the grass as they did so! Both of us called the company and complained (had to leave a message), pointed out the referrals and business we had given them in the past.

I called again and left another message with my phone number. I found out later that at least one other person called and complained as well. They never even called me back to apologize or say the problem was resolved! Obviously they do not care about their customers or anything about their business practices. I will never, ever consider doing business here again. Shoddy is a nice word for how they operate.

Advice to those purchasing from this company. Ensure you know when your appliance was manufactured. I purchased one in the clearance room in 2013 that had been manufactured in 2008. I discovered it when it stopped working.

Run, run as fast as you can. I just completed an entire renovation and got the cabinets from ALL, Inc. I will say now that the process is done the cabinets look nice and the quality is decent so my negative review is not reflective of that. It is really more about the whole experience and process which was HORRIBLE. They alone probably caused at least a month or two of my construction delays.

Over 50% of the cabinets ordered arrived wrong.wrong size, wrong cabinets, cracked doors. Some of the cabinets my contractors just modified on site since it was easier than dealing with ALL. Cabinets we had to reorder sometimes came in wrong the second time and had to be reordered a third time. Some of the cabinets they claimed they we never called them about so they didn't get reordered which caused even further delays.

Not only will I never use ALL again, neither will my contractor and they have done hundreds of homes. They also found ALL a horrible company to work with. Do yourself and your contractor a favor and go somewhere else unless you like delays and frustration.

I was pleased with the purchase and installation. However, the extended warranty plan is horrid at best. The machine broke down in less than 2 years. The machine is now down 16 days. one services call that never showed, a second service call today that left it broken the first time i ran a load, over 135 minutes on the phone with the warranty company, 3 refusals from the warranty company to speak to a supervisor, 2 entire days of vacation wasted and not reimbursed, a sales rep named Barb from All Inc. offering to help deal with the Warranty company and i never heard back from her, over $30 spent at the laundromat and yet no satisfaction. This warranty can not be a called a benefit. It speaks poorly about All Inc. and their horrid warranty plan that i mistakingly paid for. i recommend neither!

I rarely write a review but have never spent more money and been more dissatisfied ever in our life! We spent over 40,000 at ALL Inc. The only thing we regret about doing a total home renovation was getting our cabinets and appliances here! I agree the showroom is really nice but don't let it fool you the customer service is terrible. 3 of our major appliances came with major dents the delivery truck of employee's of all just stared at us when we said "our you seriously delivering this to our house in this condition" and then left! It looked worse than if you were to get it from a scratch and dent warehouse. I can't say enough bad things about this place!

We looked around and were asked once if we needed any help. We said we needed a minute, browsed some more and then asked the receptionist if we could talk to someone about cabinets and counter tops. Well, we were informed no one could help us (we were the only customers in the store). When we asked again the receptionist told us to come back later.

Then we asked again, in another more pointed way "really, no one can talk to us about what you guys exist to sell?" Answer: Come back later, no one can talk with you about that. They had staff available (the woman who originally asked us if we needed help). Why not say "well our experts aren't here, but you can talk to so-and-so, and I am sure they can get you started or try to answer your questions".

My husband and I both have very busy work schedules, but managed to get here about 6pm on a Wednesday (they close at 8pm). Why bother being open at all when your answer to customers is "come back later, {no one can help you with basic information}." Um. no, I don't think I will.

Bravo to this place for recycling for FREE old/ no longer working appliances! Our microwave decided to throw a tantrum this past week started smoking and decided to quit working. So we were left with a big hunk of junk in our kitchen trying to figure out what to do with it. After Googling places to dispose of it- All Inc finally came up. Free disposal of old appliances!

Many places charge to dispose of them (that I found on the internet). Loaded up the microwave, drove down and placed it on a semi- trailer with all the other useless appliances bound for wherever. One of the guys even came out to help us, but my dad had already unloaded and loaded it on to the semi. Excellent business and a great resource for getting rid of unwanted items!

This place is like the Disney World of kitchens. They are even carrying some retro appliances. I've been to some gatherings here. But the best one I newly discovered is this is where local celebrity chef John Michael Lerma has his classes and demos. If you're gonna take classes anywhere start with his and do them here. My kitchen needs doing soon, and it's gonna be hard with so many great designs to choose from. I love the handy location.
