With many sizes and shapes available, Ellis offers an in-stock panel for nearly every job. Plus, our engineering and manufacturing department can produce custom sizes and shapes for your specific needs.
Reusable, cost effective and versatile. Our modular Ellis Pro-Form systems are a great option for construction companies that specialize in more than one type of structure. From residential to commercial, walls of almost any shape and size, and even columns and round tanks, the possibilities are nearly limitless.
Big Blue is a European-style clamp form system, and our exclusive 12' by 8' panel is the largest single-piece form manufactured in the USA. This is the toughest, fastest, best performing system in the North American market, and Made in the USA. Ellis offers Big Blue forms in a variety of sizes, with heights up to 12 feet and widths up to 8 feet.
For simple forms, just two brackets are required - the Quick Lock bracket and Strong Back clamp, along with plywood and 2x4s from a local lumber yard. Additional accessories and brackets are available for more complex forms, and to make the concrete pour more convenient. Ellis manufactures Quick Lock ties for any size concrete wall.
