I used to buy from this company all the time but their customer service has gone wild since the two girls took over in the office. the blonde one is always in a bad mood and will always talk down to the customers like she is doing us a favor and the other one doesn't care about anything. i hope they realize because of their customers they have food on the table. i wish i can give zero stars. very bad way to treat the customers.

Oh goodness what a disaster of a place! Hands down the worse customer service in the world! That office staff needs an attitude adjustment wow! Between the resting "B" faces and the mad at the world faces it's scary to walk in that office! Jamal needs to work on this if he wants people to continue to shop there.

I don't understand why people hate their jobs so much why don't just quit! These girls in the office are the worse, the "manager" needs a new attitude in life! It's such a shame that they have great stuff and such terrible customer service. The previous girls would atleast have a conversation with you and the Spanish girl knew her stuff. Let's not talk about the warehouse guys! High Tech just close your doors. The owner is always angry!
