Gorgeous glass shower enclosure. My contractor did most of the contact with them, so I'm not sure how they are to work with, aside from the installation. The end product is beautiful.

I've ordered glass a few times from these guys and every time the ladies taking the order seem to love telling me they have no idea what I could be a good option and have zero advice. To the point of laughing when I ask for advice. Its the kind of thing where they're definitely getting off on it with eye rolls and chatting about it amongst themselves after each order. I don't understand why someone on the office side would actively try to not learn some of the ins and outs of the business. Other than that the product has been good.

Heritage glass installed a wall of mirrors in my Yoga studio. They went above and beyond the expectation of service. When there was the possibility of a future issue with Installation they made a priority to visit the studio and remedy the situation. I am so impressed with the level of professionalism and Integrity. They were clean, quick, and prepared to do the job at hand.

Communication and follow-up from the sales manager was terrible. Installation was not plumb and they had to come back and redo. They overcharged me and tried to deny they did, but in the end admitted as much and I got a credit. Too many problems.
