I have been working directly with Hawk now for 5+ years and done over a significant amount of business with them. They do a phenomenal job in answering questions about new products and getting orders out on time. I can count on 1 hand how many issues I have had with them and those were addressed very quickly and professionally. Keep up the great work guys, you have a great business!

Southern States Refinishing has been using GlassTech since 1995. I have tried others in the past and nothing compares to the durability of this system. We enjoy less warranties and a better look. Thank you Hawk for a successful 20+ yrs.

I started using hawk when I opened my own resurfacing business. I have never had any issues Hawk has expedited many orders for me. Hawk exceeds all my expectations.

I get other companies to try to get me to use there products, send samples etc. Since being introduced in 06 to Hawk Labs, I will not use another Product. I service several Rest Homes and have My entire tenure as a Refinisher. I get to see how good Hawk (along with superior preparation) last on the substrates We refinish! Anyone can have it look good today, but talk to me in ten years. Hawk truly stands the test of time! Scott, Pam, and Mary are always there to assist me with whatever I may need! As far as this company see it, Hawk is my go to product to smoke the competition!

My experience with Hawk is they always deliver products and equipment of the highest standard and quality. The ladies that take my order are always on point and knowledgeable. I wouldn't consider another provider.

Jim Gibson: I placed a $4400 order and had a request to expedite a special order color. I was told it could not be expedited. I ordered two spray guns to be set up for the 3M PPS system. One was to have a #3 fluid set and the other a #5 fluid set for Stone fleck. Instead I received one gun with a #3 fluid set not set for the 3M system and a #5 fluid set.

I received a #5 fluid set instead of a gun with a #5 fluid set. Under the previous Management, these kind of requests were granted. Even though I paid for two day delivery for the special order color and it was shipped the same day as the $4400 order, the large order arrived before the special order and it was not necessary to pay for 2 day delivery.

Mr Gibson stated they no longer provided guns with a #5 fluid set. I stated that I should have been informed of this at the time of the order and they should not have just sent me a #5 fluid set instead. Jim stated I could return the entire $4400 order if I was not happy, but I would have to pay for the shipping! What an offer to resolve the problem! He did offer to credit $21 for the gun can that I didn't need. Jim does not believe in customer service. Miracle Method of Pinellas County

We have been using hawk research for yrs for our resurfacing needs. There products and customer service are great and we have never have had any issues. Mary and Pam are the BEST they always take care of us and get our orders placed and shipped out on time. Look forward to many more yrs with Hawk. Highly Recommend them for your business!
