After learning all aspects of the trade as an employee with Harlingen Glass Company, he purchased the business and founded Harlingen Glass & Mirror in 2002.

Terrible Customer Service! I had a terrible experience with David Vidales in sales. I had some glass installed for my showers - they broke my tile and didn't try and replace or repair it. They also didn't seal the glass properly and the water leaked through and ruined my wall and trim. I reached out to him to get this issue resolved and he acted like he didn't know who I was.
He later asked for pictures of the damage and I send him numerous pics and never heard back from him or anyone else from this company. He now ignores all my text messages and calls - after he collected payment of course. I had to pay out of my pocket for all the repairs - it cost me over $500 to fix their mess! People like this should not be in sales or dealing with customers.
This company also needs to better train their installers because they seriously lack in proper installation and skills. I also purchased some caulking from them and the whole box was dried out. I wish I would have gone with the company in McAllen instead. They are pricy but way more professional and offered great customer service. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Buyer beware!

My parent went to purchase 2 small bathroom mirrors he was quoted 17+ each when they rang it up he was charged 37+ each erroneously. he went back talked to owner a Mr Sosa who agreed there was an error but was not going to refund difference and make right his excuse was that the employee was new and made a mistake. any reputable business would take the loss due to their employee error but not this company. instead my 78 yr old father was pushed and told to leave the premises. i would have rated this business zero stars but it wasn't an option. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND USE IT AT A COMPANY THAT WILL STAND BEHIND THEIR EMPLOYEES WORDS. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB.
