The Haas Signature Collection offers our broadest range of selections providing all the flexibility needed to make your dream kitchen a reality. With over 60 door styles in the most popular wood species, the Haas Signature Collection provides full custom styling choices, product features and sizing capabilities - all without the custom price.
The Classic door edge is standard on most traditional-styled cabinet door styles in the Haas line and available as an option on other non-mitered door styles. This edge, sometimes referred to as an "ogee", is a timeless furniture-styled profile that combines old world details with a muted appearance, enabling the designer to use a variety of decorative hardware without concern of being "overwhelmed" by the door styling.
Classic paint colors consist of our most popular paint colors. These colors are time proven to be popular over the entire life of the kitchen, not ones to fall out of favor when styles shift (remember Harvest Gold?). A variety of accent colors and antiquing features is available on Classic painted products to provide a truly distinctive look.
Haas has partnered with Sherwin-Williams to provide our "Classic Paints" selection. These are time-proven winning colors for kitchen and bath cabinets that seldom go out of style. Painted finishes are available on all cherry, hickory, maple and oak door styles. Shown on Signature Series maple doors.

I built my house with Haas cabinets, quality is just ok. However anyone/everyone should know that if you ever need a part or assistance - it's non existent. I damaged the trim around our cabinets, and have been seeking to replace it for over a year now, Haas insists that I purchase this part through a dealer but none will reply to me, I've tried over a dozen times and multiple dealers, none of which are very local to me.

I've relayed that frustration to Haas many times, they are completely non-responsive. For this reason, I'd recommend avoiding Haas cabinets, it's important to have post-sale support.

Great family and superior Cabinetry. Built from scratch, sanded by hand. The Attention to Detail such a polite delivery driver who was more than willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommended

I understand that it takes longer to get things in 2021. We bought these local because we didn't want the cheap cabinets at the big box stores. And we wanted custom colors. The cabinets took 3 weeks longer than the extended build time we were originally told it would take. When we received the cabinets the most expensive one was damaged. It was the first thing I saw when we opened the shipping box.

The shipping box was not damaged in any way. So someone at Haas HAD to see the damage when they packaged the cabinets and did nothing. Their employees don't care what they ship to their customers. Shipping damaged product is unacceptable for a "premium" cabinet company. We contacted customer service and they said they would replace this cabinet. Our building project has been stalled waiting on these cabinets.

I decided to repair it myself to keep our project on track. I would not recommend these company to anyone. Unless you want to repair new cabinets before installation. Knowingly boxing and shipping damage cabinets to a customer is something I would expect from a company from another country.

After less then 6months if having our kitchen done, our cabinet doors started to swell and paint started coming off. Our contractor contacted a customer service rep for haas to come out and take a look. In which she was paid. Only to say some of the cabinets are from "normal wear in tear" however, I didn't touch the ones higher up. They were only going to replace 4 out of the 14 cabinet doors we wanted replaced.

When called to speak with haas customer service they said the same "normal wear and tear." This company will NOT stand by there product and neither will there reps. Absolutely horrible customer service and absolutely horrible cabinet. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. What a waste of money. Took them 4 months to send back 4 replacements and they look terrible!

Worst cabinets and customer service imaginable! Company takes 3 months to fill orders, cabinets are garbage, and they don't honor their warranty. Paint wore off in less than 6 six months. Haas said it was a known problem and they switched paint vendors. Then after 3 months of trying to get them to replace/fix them they said it was "normal wear and tear" and not covered. do NOT buy Haas if they are the last cabinet company on Earth! Only the very worst contractors in the world use Haas!

I would not recommend Haas Cabinets. We just had our home remodeled and the contractor used Haas for the cabinetry. While the cabinets are built decently they arrived with barely one coat of paint on them (we have both blue and white cabinets), which when wiped with a dry cloth came off. The sales rep met with us on site to discuss our options and was very unprofessional and rude, acting as though the paint was perfectly normal.

The doors and drawer fronts had to be completely repainted by a 3rd party, fortunately funded by Haas, however the boxes look like they are 5 years old already and are showing signs of terrible wear after less than a month. We are very unhappy with our entire cabinet experience and would never recommend Haas.

Very disappointing quality for a semi-custom cabinet. My kitchen cabinets came in with damage to about 50% of the doors and 10% of the boxes. Some doors were not repairable and had to be replaced. Others were repaired on site by a contractor. Given they are painted white wood, I believe they will never be right. Further, in order to get the repairs, I needed to endure the "manufacturer's rep" who came was unprofessional to say the least.

The reseller of the cabinets tried to cite fine print in the agreement that if a repair attempt was made, I would loose any further recourse. For these reasons, I would not recommend Haas. Update: June 2019 I am in the midst of a FULL kitchen redo. Cabinets are being completely stripped and repainted professionally. Thousands of dollars down the drain. Beware of the company.

I thought it would be impossible to impress my husband with my new kitchen, but we did it! I received wonderful customer service from every staff member, beginning with Andrea in the showroom and Keith for the installation. And the men who did the install are dedicated, hard working, and care about their work. And the quality of your products surpassed my expectations.

It was a pleasure to work with this top-notch company! We love the cabinets and counter tops, and we've received a lot of compliments. Again, thank you to you and your wonderful and caring staff for all your great service

We are a cabinet dealer who sells Haas Cabinetry. We have been to the factory training twice, met the key players in customer service, billing, shipping etc. Todd Haas, President and owner of the company himself was involved and present the entire time, from driving the shuttle to and from the hotel, to leading the tours and training, to even demonstrating how glaze is applied to a door that was in production, etc.

To hear about where the raw wood for the parts and pieces comes from and seeing how the cabinets and trim pieces are built, crafted, stained or painted was amazing and gives us the extra confidence in selling their fine product. Sure, there have been occasional issues along the way, as there are with any cabinet companies, but the way that Haas and their reps handle the issues is exceptional, achieving total customer satisfaction and helping us create raving fans in the end.

The assistance we receive, from the gals in customer service and from our rep both in designing our projects and getting everything ordered correctly, etc, is incredible. They are always very available and receptive to our needs. We sell our Haas Cabinet line with pride and confidence and are able to create stellar projects for our customers. Thank you, Haas Cabinets for giving us a product that helps us in the success of our business. - Wendy Franz, Studio 912, Inc.

We sell Haas Cabinetry. Seeing the quality as we installed the cabinets in our showroom makes us very pleased with the product. We also handle installation of the cabinets our customers purchase from us and haven't had any issues. I deal with customer service often when I have design questions and they are very helpful and professional. Understsnd that some of the bad reviews may not be a Haas issue, but rather a dealer issue. Having a good rapport with your dealer and not going through a buyers outlet are two things I highly recommend.

I paid over $19,000 for Haas Cabinets via the HOBO store in Oaklawn, IL in October 2015 - that's two months ago. I clearly stated that I wanted my kitchen remodeled before Christmas. Today is December 14th. No cabinets! Whomever said Haas customer service is bad, woefully understated it. I called Denise, the head of Haas customer service, who told me their policy was to have cabinet orders delivered the fifth week after the order is submitted.

But here's the truth - my order is scheduled to be delivered January 8, 2016, and the Haas factory is closing down for the entire Christmas week! There are three more days left in this week, and then I'm screwed! I have called everyone, including Todd Haas, himself. Todd won't take my calls. At this point, I'm at a loss for anything but cuss words!
