The lady that work with me and my son was very helpful she was always in contact with my son about the order we put in no problems pick up our orders today with no problems I would recommend them to everyone who needs there lumber

We just finished a big project with Groff. Very pleased, as I was debating the 4 or 5 stars - I went with 5. And the reasons are the main factors we like for "contractors", licensed, insured, timely with all interactions and promises, communicative through the whole process. I attached photos but Tom's advice, experience and constant attention are very appreciated.

His crew of Orlando, Zach and Robert were polite, constantly measuring and checking on quality. Really transformed our new back patio and torn down and replace the front porch which had a leak going back years. Tom brought in quality contractors for work Groff doesn't do themselves. Julian for demo, stucco and cement. I could tell Tom and Groff's reputation during inspections and coordinating with others really paid off. This is our 2nd big Groff project at two different homes in ~ 20 years and although we shopped this around, Groff clearly was the right choice!

I looked everywhere and finally found some latillas here for my fence. They have poles in every size. They are super helpful and will cut them to size for you and helped me load them in my vehicle.

I have been experiencing horrendous service from Groff lumber. They are a factory who cares not for their customers! Get them in, sell them product, get them out!

Asked and paid to get a quote in a pergola.they never got back to us.had to call multiple times so they would come.then had to wait to month to get so-called quote and never got it.apparently too busy to get new business.there are better and more responsive business in town

I'm doing a home renovation on my house in SoCal and I want Latillas for the ceiling of the entry. Groff Lumber is convenient to I40, well stocked with New Mexico architectural accents: fencing, furniture, vigas, latillas, corbels, etc. Very helpful and patient office staff.

I got the best help from Lisa, Grofff's General Manager. She helped me anticipate each step of the process of constructing a shade structure. This business is continuing the long tradition of lumber milling in New Mexico and they do it so well. We received the best products for our dollar and our structure looks fantastic!
