Do not. I repeat do not buy any product from this company. I was first sent the product that was close, but not correct to what I ordered. I was then told the product I had originally requested had to be special ordered and they had given me sometime similar because it was easier to do. They said they would place a special order and it would take some time to get in the glass I had originally ordered.

After 8 months, I finally talked to there accounting department and they told me that getting the "special order" is impossible. If you like terrible customer service, people lying to you for months, and wasting your time then order from these guys, otherwise run.

Bad experience. Spent hundreds of dollars on custom pyrex globes. They were made the wrong size and out of specification. I sent them back for rework or refund and have not heard from Berkley since. He does not reply to emails or phone calls. BEWARE!

We ordered (which was difficult to do, they were weirdly late in responding, should've been my first clue) several glass tubes of a specified size. The sizing I requested was sent in email and discussed on the phone. They sent the wrong size, or order, not sure because after several emails, Facebook messages, and a voice mail to their phone number, they refuse to respond. We are now having to reverse the charge on our credit card. Be very very careful ordering from this company, I would not recommend it. It's been a very bizarre experience.

No Stars is not an option!.was promised a delivery date of early mid July and when the shipment arrived the were items missing.been calling and emailing on a daily basis to get no replies and when i did speak to Berkeley he promised we would see the missing part of our order by weeks end! Guess what 3 weeks have gone by and NOTHING, I will not deal with this company for anything again. They should be pallbearers they seem to let everyone down, lately!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Ordered tubes from these guys October of 2018! Wrong fitting so we sent them back to get fixed. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM! Every time I call the owner Berkley tells me he will get it done the week and has the audacity to give me attitude for asking about my PREPAID order from a year ago. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!

Zero stars. Don't do it. Don't even consider this as an option unless you want zero customer support in the form of not answering the phone for literal months at a time, not returning emails, and absolutely not supporting their products in the field. Do not use this company.

We bought glass from this company 7/9/2019. The item was promised and confirmed to have shipped to us on 7/23/2019. It was expressly discussed with Berkeley that it was EXTREMELY important for us to receive the item on time for an expo we paid $3,000 for a booth at to launch a product that this item is a crucial part of. Then we got word from Marshel that the item didn't actually ship until 7/31/2019, 8 DAYS AFTER is was promised to be shipped. Berkeley blatantly and knowingly lied to us which has now cost me thousands in expenses and sales.

We will have a booth with no product to sell after spending thousands on just marketing alone for the product launch at the expo. After speaking with him on the phone he was not apologetic saying he was just "too busy" making me as a potential long term customer feel insignificant. He went on to boast about his deep religious practice after I used a curse word not directed at him; in his next sentence he also cursed.

For how "christian" our friends at GreatGlas think they are, IMO they should focus a bit more on how "Christian" they are to their fellow man also. Very disappointing to say the least. I strongly suggest you look somewhere else for your glass needs. Thanks for reading, have a wonderful day and God Bless.

I ordered several pieces of pyrex tubing from greatglas, they shipped quickly and were absolutely perfect for what I needed, great quality finish, couldn't be happier.
