Great group of guys, very personable and made sure we were happy with our product. There was a delay in delivery and they kept us up to date with what to expect. The only issue we dealt with was the actual delivery. They should have a better delivery system available, but all in all it worked out. We would definitely order from them in the future.

Over the years I have had many floors replaced by inexperienced installers. Choosing Georgia Floors Direct was the best experience I have ever had. Michael was the 1st person I dealt with. He was not a typical salesperson, he went above and beyond to help me locate the color of flooring I needed. The installer David called within 24 hours to set up the install.

I can't say enough about his experience and professionalism along with his helper. I then received a call from Derrick a week later just to make sure I was happy with the flooring and install. I would without a doubt recommend Georgia Floors Direct. They will be the only place I will go when I need additional flooring. Prices were comparable to Home depot. Staff was SUPER friendly and quick to help without feeling overbearing. The installer was fantastic. He did an awesome job and carpet seams were invisible! I highly recommend!

We had shopped around and the results were.my wife and I felt the same. Georgia Floors Direct.had better prices. very helpful and very pleasant people at the store and as a result, we had a three man crew remove Rugs and install Water Proof Vinyl in three Bedrooms and these three gentlemen were AWESOME.! Great experience! Derek was incredibly patient and helpful in making sure that we selected the right carpet. He also gave us contacts to have binding done that worked out beautifully! Pricing was good as well. I'd highly recommend.

This is the second time we have used this company and we will again. It was great doing business with Georgia Flooring. They were friendly and easy to deal with. When the order came in we weren't quite ready for it so they held it for us for a few weeks. The product is beautiful. Very durable and was easy to put down. I would highly recommend them. Derrick in the store is always great. Easy to work with & looks out for our wallet. Stuart is who u want to install your carpet too. We have used many carpet installers over the years but Stuart is the best.

This would be our 2nd time using GA Floors-2 years ago for carpet and now for vinyl flooring. Both times we were greeted by Derrick. We went in looking for something in particular & he lead right to what we wanted. Actually, fell in love with something else : Very reasonable prices. Date of install was provided- guys showed up as promised and I couldn't be happier with my floors. I also have to give shout out to Steve and the guys who installed, very nice and efficient work. Will use again in the future if needed.

Went into the store to look for vinyl flooring. The woman at the desk was very kind & helpful. My husband and I were able to find what we were looking for and we placed our order. We provided the delivery date that we needed the flooring to arrive and that delivered early in the morning. Very smooth transaction all the way through. I would definitely recommend and will be returning for any future needs!
